Empire refrigeration from ********************** . Convert on April 2022 my cooling system. They gave me 3 years of warranty on labor and 10 years for parts. Since the first year the machine was not working properly. They send me a technician, he says the system has a gas leak is why was not running properly. He just checked and never was fixed. At this moment they never came back. I was calling and calling with no answer, only one time said the technician will be at my home , and he never shows up. I was calling again every day and nobody answered the phone or hung up. I just want that respect my warranty and fix the system. I pay them 7500 dollars for the refrigeration system. I feel frustrated. I pay for something that is not working. I hope BBB can help to resolve this situation.Customer response

I got refrigeration installed with Empire less than a year ago. My unit is not working. It stopped working yesterday . I called and scheduled an appointment for today July 22, 2023 between hours of 9am to 1pm. No one showed up. I called the main office number *************) and I talked to a female employee saying that they dont work on in Saturdays. She said she would call me back and never did. This is a health hazard for my family and I . Its over 100 degrees and I have no air conditioning. I have a baby in the house and this company no longer answers my calls and lies and schedules no show appointments.Initial Complaint

At first the salesperson ***** was very helpful. He found what I was looking for with a good estimated time frame. Install day one was 07/01/2022. Signed a contract with Empire Refrigeration for services of AC conversion and electrical upgrade to be performed in 1-2 days. The day of installation all the work was completed in a timely manner except they stated they couldn't seal the roof and it'd be done within another 1-2 days, I understood as things can happen. Upon further inspection one of the bedrooms was no longer getting electricity. I reached out to the salesperson and they sent somebody the next day without notice. The electrician stated during install some wires were probably pulled and disconnected by accident, again I understood things can happen. I thought he had fixed it but he had wired the bedroom in a fashion that it only works when the adjacent room's switches are on. I contacted the salesperson and was told electrician and the roofers would be back the next day (July 6th) but they never showed. I've reached out to the business multiple times since July 6th as I've reached out to the salesperson multiple times and all he can tell me (whenever he does happen to answer) is they're sending someone the next day which has not happened. Empire Refrigeration states no one but ***** the salesperson can help me with this. Today is July 18th, and nobody has been back to resolve the roof sealing or electrical problem that was caused albeit being an accident. Seventeen days the roof has not been sealed during rain season.I highly recommend to STAY AWAY from Empire Refrigeration or any of The Condition Solutions services as they do not care to help after the sale despite their contract. The only answers I've gotten from the business and salesperson seem to be lies and that they will reach out to me which they never do. I've given them time to make this right and they have not done so yet.
