            On Thur, 10/12/23, I spoke w/***** @ 4:00 p.m. to ask when my last window guard could be installed. I gave her the option. She replied Mon, 10/16, @ 10 am would work. At 10:20 a.m. on 10/16, I called ***** and asked IF, they were going to show up. She said, " I don't know how many people we gave in line, let me check & I'll call you back". I should have been on the list for 10 a.m.At 11:05, after no callback, I called again. 45 min is plenty to check her workload and call me back. She did not answer &I left a voice message.Now, 32 hrs after my initial call, I am still waiting for a callback. I'm not gonna play games & have her ducking my calls so I am filing this complaint.

            Flrst they did not match the picture I provided for some Rod **** Doors. The color was different and they used siding planks instead of wood. They also manufactured a ramp for my utility trailer and ramp was defective. Ramp was defective because when it was brought down it did not lay flat on the ground. I had to place a rock on one side so it would lay flat on ground. Also the latches were placed inside the ramp where the vehicle tires drive up . Tires actually rolled over the latches where damage to latches can occur. They refused to fix ramp and also refused to refund my purchase. They were not very professional through out this ordeal. They became angry when I had concerns and stated that since they had given me a cheap price on job they could not remedy my concerns

            In response to the client He did provide us with a picture of the gates he wanted we tried our best to match the color of the wood when he was not happy with the gates, we did replaced the wood on the gates and we ask him to provide us the color he wanted so there were no more mistakes and we painted the wood in the color he picked and he was satisfied with the gates. In regards to the gate for the utility trailer he was advised that a bigger gate will be a better fit for the trailer but he went for the smaller gate because it was less expensive ....two weeks after he picked up the gate he ask for the latches to be moved and we he was told there will be a charge he got upset ...We did offer to take back the gate and give him his money back but he didn't want that either.....
