      On Thur, 10/12/23, I spoke w/***** @ 4:00 p.m. to ask when my last window guard could be installed. I gave her the option. She replied Mon, 10/16, @ 10 am would work. At 10:20 a.m. on 10/16, I called ***** and asked IF, they were going to show up. She said, " I don't know how many people we gave in line, let me check & I'll call you back". I should have been on the list for 10 a.m.At 11:05, after no callback, I called again. 45 min is plenty to check her workload and call me back. She did not answer &I left a voice message.Now, 32 hrs after my initial call, I am still waiting for a callback. I'm not gonna play games & have her ducking my calls so I am filing this complaint.

      Our response to **************** Complain is the following. ************ first made contact with our company in October of last year. We completed the work he hire us to do except for one window guard. He told us that he was going to replaced the glass on the window and that he would call us when that was done. He never called. After a year he calls and says he had several health problems and that is why he never call. We schedule an appointment to go and install the window guard but on the day schedule we were short staff. He calls me and ask me if we were going I told him that i will call him back with an answer. ********************** calls him and there was no answer. On the day he summited this complain we did try to call him but again no answer. On that very same day my crew did go to install the window guard no one was at the house but the window guard did get install.

       Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

      **** arrived early the next morning and installed my window bars. Took about 30 min. & ***** never called me back.

      This is why I use vendors from the BBB. Thank you for your assistance.

      Was paid to do a stair case on new home build knowing that there image inspections and used cheapest materials to build and didnt pass inspection with city. Instead of going to see what was wrong right away ** it was faulty and someone could get hurt he said that when he had time to go he would. Sent a video of and he said add stairs and it would get better and we did not knowing it actually got worse. Once he went he got aggressive and saw his poor workmanship decided to leave the faulty stairway the same. Was told that he had to fix and he said *** me! Which will leave me no other recourse as he was paid when job was completed without checking it. Asked to take his stairway away and give money back!

      Our response to ************ complaint:

      ************ send us a picture of what he wanted us to built for him. After giving him several options in material and in prices he decided to go with the cheaper material. 

      Once the stair structure was install and the city did not pass the inspection he tried to blame it on us. We only did what he asked, further more his client change his mind on the way he wanted the stairs and the structure we had built under ************ requirement was not going to work anymore. ********************** did went to see what changes they wanted to try and work something out but ************ client got very aggressive and disrespectful at this point ************ is trying to blame us for his decision to save money. ********************** always advices our clients on what is the best material to used on specific projects. This time the client choose the material to save money and now he wants to blame us. 

      This is a new built home, we did not see any blue prints or specification made by an architect or engineer, anything that mention what materials we required, we only fallowed ************ instructions.
