I was seen in this clinic 2/2020 for a cough. No labs were drawn that day in clinic. No imaging done at the facility. They gave me a prescription only. I had Tricare at the time which they billed. I was left to pay a balance of $116.33 which I paid on 4/15/2020. I never went back there to be seen after that. They sent me a new bill for $250.00 for the same visit 4 years ago! They are over billing me. I no longer have ***************** either. Why did they take so long to try to bill me again?Business response

HIPAA Law prevents us from sharing any specific patient information but Salud y Vida abides by ******************* and Insurance Portability Act billing and collection policies. If patient has further concerns, we are able to go over any outstanding bill in detail.Customer response

I have called the clinic several times and the "billing" person is never in. I work so I cannot be calling this person all the time. This clinic has not reached out to me.Customer response

Patient was seen on 02/19/2020. Her insurance applied $116.32 to her deductible. Patient provided payment for this amount with a credit card and currently has no balance. We have attached EOB with this information. She can obtain additional clarification with her insurance carrier.Customer response
