I sold a house that I had a mortgage with. I sold the home a little over a year and they have not reported the change to my credit report. *** asked them a few time and they give me different answers. They have no problems reporting late payments but are refusing to have this taken off my history. Are you able to assist me with this issue.Business response

Date of interaction 11/13/2023 *********************** with the company provided horrible service and was rude. As a veteran local to the area I feel like no effort was made to help me with a resolution to my home buying needs. ******************* empathy and social skills. As for someone who served, I find it extremely offensive her lack of professionalism. If this is the quality of people your establishment hires I can surely make sure that no other veterans in the area attempt to do business with your agency.Business response
