I would not recommend this shop to anyone! Stay away from them, especially the service department. I found out they do not warranty any of their work only after having my motorcycle sit in their shop for over a month. They kept adding work and service to my bike beyond what was originally intended. After spending over a thousand dollars, my bike was left in terrible running condition. The parts manager was confronted with the problem and he stated the following: "The owner says that the bike was brought in for a carb job and it is running... any additional work will have to be billed and will cost extra." This of course after having the bike sit in their shop for over a month. The mechanic and owner both test rode the bike and acknowledge that the bike had hesitation and that it backfired. The mechanic even questioned where the jets were purchased, even though it was clear that all parts for the work performed came from their parts department. At first they did not acknowledge that the bike had any problems, but reluctantly agreed with me thereafter that the bike was idling fast and that the bike was not as responsive as it should be. They were willing to continue working on it, but only if I paid for the additional work as they deemed necessary.
