            To Whom It May ********** Name is *************************** I paid Super Good Movers on 11/28/2023 $100.00 deposit for my move and the remaining money of $720.63 on 12/3/2023 by my credit card as you will see on my credit card bill. The move was to be on 12/15/2023 they were going to move my personal things from *******, Tx to ***********, ******When my things were brought to my storage unit in *********** they broke a large coffee glass table. The glass was shattered. When I contacted the company to make a claim, they told me to look for a price on the broken glass table for replacement of the glass. I did on 1/10/2024 I called ***** in their claim department. I sent him the cost to replace the glass of $333.59 when ***** received the estimate he informed me that all their Insurance would pay is a total of $19.00. I do not agree. The last response I received from the Company was a copy supposedly of a agreement I signed I was never told about what I was signing it was done on a phone I was not showed the part of the Insurance. I believe it is fraud of how they cover everything and just go to the sighing on last page. I was never given a copy of the supposed documents our contract. The person I spoke to originally is named ******* she never said anything about Rights as a consumer.I am attaching the bills of what I paid the Loss and Damaged Claim and the bill where I paid for the replacement of my glass.

            Please be aware of this company. **** *****. They broke so much of our belongings and you could tell they could care less. The pack-out was awful. They were packing so fast that they were breaking things as they packed them up. Shoving our belongings into boxes and then into the truck like it was garbage. Our stuff was in storage for a few months while we looked for our new home. We scheduled our stuff to be delivered, a few days after our closing on the new home. The day before we called to confirm our stuff was still on schedule to find out they canceled our delivery without notifying us. They said it was because they did not have enough movers. They charged us for the two-week storage fee even though they canceled. Over two weeks later we finally received our stuff. Things they broke were a $7000 Sleep Number Bed, a $600 LG BBQ, "52-inch Flat screen Tv, a Tv stand and glass shelves, Dressers drawers, a Bathroom linen tower, Aquarium Tank, Stone Birdbath, a Wooden Flower stand, Gas Powered Trimmer, Brand New fishing Rod/pole, Executive Desk, Wooden shoe rack, Resin Storage Shed, Pot/Pan organizer and the list goes on. Missing items include a Desk monitor, Soundbar, USB Microphone, LED Magnifier light, Missing glass shelves, Mic boom arm, BBq grill knobs, and the list goes on. I am still finding broken items and realizing other things are missing. To top this off they will only reimburse you .60cents per pound. So, for our broken $7000 Sleep Number we were offered $90. Please take this into consideration when putting in your claim. ***** in claims WILL NOT speak to anyone on the phone and there will always be an excuse why he cannot talk. * **** * **** ******** ****** ** ***** ******* ******* * **** ** **** ********** * *** *** **** ** ***.             The contract we have is from a ****** ****** ******** ****** ... his damage claim was handled properly according to the lawful regulations in the State of Texas ... a settlement offer was sent to him on 05/18/2023 and is only pending his acceptance. We have nothing more to deal with on this Claim.
