I hired this moving company to help me move on post. Not only did the guy show up and complain the entire time, one guy who was clearly under the influence was flinging items into the moving truck, dropping things, dragging cords as they carried them. The guys quickly finished moving everything out after an hour, but keep in mind, we were paying hourly and the truck went missing for over three hours as I waited. Their excuse was they had to get a gate pass and it took a long time. They charged us for those lost hours. When the two men arrived, one specifically complained about bringing anything inside. All I asked was for bed go be brought up. I watched them struggle to get my bed up the stairs, repeatedly hitting it on the walls and scratching the floor. Finally, I reached out to the company where the boss apologized and said his employee would be reprimanded upon returning. They agreed to return the next day and carry the things he refused to take up- however, they never arrived. This company is absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED. I have scuffed and ruined furniture, ruined floors, cribs, chairs, and yet havent seen a dime back for ANYTHING. I cant even get a response. They sure ran with the opportunity to charge my card that was in file from my initial deposit though.-also noting, they left a assembled crib in the hall because it didnt fit in the doorway and they were too lazy to unassembled, and put scuffed furniture upside down so I wasnt able to see the damage. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!
