13APR23, Went to ************** to receive a yearly maintenance. I left my vehicle at *** and told to return after the job was complete. I was instructed that I would receive text from *** when my car is finished. I did in-fact receive text from *** but like most shops; they find other issues that should be taken care of. I declined or didn't reply to those offers because like I stated, they are issues that should be taken care but not necessary. I then received a phone call, in reference to the text, from the shop clerk saying they need the permission from me in order to do the maintenance. During this phone call the clerk insured me that the text is strictly for regular maintenance; meaning that what they are sending is not for issues found by ***. On 20APR23, I return to *** because I received a Drivetrain Malfunction from my vehicle. I drop my vehicle off with *** with the same clerk and I state, "You're going to send over everything through text again like last time right" he replies, yes. I receive the text and just like I was told I need to give my permission for the job so my car can get fixed. 24APR23, the clerk calls and tells me everything is good to go, and my car is ready to be picked up. Can't remember if it was the next day or the same day my vehicle reports the same drivetrain malfunction error; I call *** and they tell me to bring it in. 28APR23, I take my vehicle back to *** for the same issue as before. I drop my car off and *** returns it on 04MAY23. Eventually I am told that all repairs done in 20APR23 were not to resolve the drivetrain malfunction issue. When I talked to the supervisor, ****, he told me the clerk is obligated to call the customer to inform them about any additional repairs or maintenance. I told *********, the manager, Company policy was not followed, and I was deceived because the repairs were not for drivetrain malfunction. I recommended half refund but he rebutted $20. Before our second meeting he stated nothing will change.

I bought this Mini in full by cash 2 years ago . It is a2021 Mini ****** . Recently a light went on that I need breaks . Which is nearly impossible i barely got 12k on the Vehicle . Average is between 25k to 70k . It is a sensor light . I called mini to schedule a appointment. My thought was that is still covered under the warranty . Which comes when you by a car brand new . To confirm I called mini. And I ask I was told that is not warranty if it says breaks they repair all of them it is 600 each . I dont have that kind of money laying around . And I dont understand why the light cant be checked . Why replace something if it does not needed . So I took my car ?? to a shop not Mini . The Guy was real nice and told me to take it to Mini its not the breaks there is no way it is the sensor . Once i called mini back and o told them i cant pay that kind a money . They got upset with me and the hole Dinamic changed. I only drive 5 miles to work daily that is it . I understand mini was bought out . If i would know happen I would never bought from them . This light needs to be checked because it shows all different alarms and they go back off . If i would go by what that lady told me . They fix what the light says . Well that would be more then the breaks . If you sell a car a brand new one this should not happen . Period. After the last call I did not call back. Because i dont like how I been treated as a client.
