I brought my wifes Jeep to their service department for a clutch replacement as the clutch went out on our way to drop me off for a military deployment. Need it fixed at all cost as my wife and 1 year old needed a car while I was gone. About 3 weeks in while supposedly still waiting for parts. They allow another businesses tow truck to wreck into my Jeep. I rightly get told itll be fixed at no cost. Two weeks later I ask what the hang up is. Waiting on one part for clutch still (after 45 days) and trying to find where the wheels on my Jeep can be purchased as that was some of the damage taken by a tow truck. Several more weeks pass. Now supposedly clutch is fixed and still cant get some of the damage parts found. Then a month of my calling from overseas attempting to get updates and nothing. Excuses of working with the insurance company, or trying to find the replacement wheel or a professional shop to repair the wheel. At the 3 month **** I return home. I go to see what the heck is really going on with my vehicle.. and it takes them 20 mins to even find the file or keys as no one in that shop even knew the vehicle was in there possession much less what was going on with it. Its covered in dust dirt and debris, battery completely dead, every bit of wreckage still present, and the fixed clutch didnt work.. now they tell me its the transmission.. and they tell me they have nothing to do with the wreckage, I have to make my own claim.. they expect me to pay for the transmission repairs as well. So now my wife and 1 year old son have been with a vehicle for 4 months no rental given, they failed to fix the initial problem, broke it further in the process, let it get wrecked, lied to me about all the updates, and completely forgot they even had my vehicle. That has now been grossly devalued and ruined in their possession. And still no offer to make this right. The nerve they have promoting that they support the troops and their families.Initial Complaint

********************* was my advisor. from March 2022 - Sept 2022 my car has been in THIS shop with THE SAME person working it. I took my car here in March 11 2022 - April 19th 2022 for my transmission Im thinking that is my Only car problem because ********************* was the one who told me it was my transmission and Quoted the price for ****** end up paying 7k. He " fixed " my car. on April 18th or 4 day prior to April 19th he calls me to tell me that he FINALLY did the complete DIAGNOSTICS and saw my car will need additional repair && adding a EXTRA $800-900 to the **** He WAITED LAST MINUT to tell me so the only thing I was able to pay for was the transmission. AND MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS STILL ON May 2022 I had to take my car back because it started to over heat & my car wasn't overheating before and I was confused as into why when people TOLD ME he REPLACED and fluids in there. they kept my car for 2 days and ran test on it and got it to stop running hot JULY - August 2022 I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK AGAIN because of the TRANSMISSION that I paid 6-7k for WITH warranty because something with wrong with it. he didn't tell me he just told me something was wrong with it ... HOW WHEN I PAID FOR A NEW TRANSMISSION ??? SOOO HE KEEPS IT FOR 2 ***** WEEKS . ********************* AND the GENERAL MANAGER ***** look at it and at first ***** was trying to charge me $915 for something else, they ended up letting me only pay for the parts and did the Work It's now SEPT 2022... AND guess what !?!! I HAVE TO TAKE my car back because of THE SAME ISSUE MY NEW TRANSMISSION is acting up && I just dished money out too them ***** the GENERAL MANAGER offered to tow my car to them... && I'm now waiting With my THREEE KIDS for them to RE FIX THE ***** PROBLEM... Either they don't know what they are doing or UNPROFESSIONAL or because I'm a female they are doing this or because I'm black Because why didnt ***** run a COMPLETE DIAGNOSTIC on my car the FIRST TIME IT WAS THERE WHEN I DROPPED it off , he waited 4
