This is a Toyota problem. The driver's seat on my 2022 ************** cracked. One dealership (*** Toyota) replaced the bevel and it cracked again. I took it to my second dealership. I was told by (Fox Toyota) that the time frame for the seat fix is end of October. I then received a call from a representative from the Toyota ***** office. He stated that my seat replacement fix was going to take place on 15 November. My vehicle payment is not flexible like this. This is my fourth Toyota. I will never buy one again. As soon as the fix is completed, I will trade it in. I am very disappointed. A good product ruined by cheap questionable work, and slow corporate response.

Bought a 2022 Toyota Tundra Capstone. First day sunroof was getting stuck when closing. Long story short truck has been in and out for same issue. This past June sunroof stop working completely and has been at dealer since then. Today is July 26th. I have been given the run around making phone calls to hot line, have been hours on hold and still hasn’t been fixed. Is still sitting in their yard all dusty like a piece of junk. Beyond Horrible service

Well I have an appointment I showed up and I had the worse experience I ever had in a dealership the salesperson met me I don't know if he had a bad day, I drove 20 miles for my appointment and then the salesperson ask me if I wanted to test drive the car then he gave me the keys to the car and told me to go for a drive he didn't even go with me so there I'm test driving trying to figure out all the gadgets ,whatever happen to customer service!

I have had my wireless number since 2015 and received a text from an "Anahi" who supposedly works there. They stated that I had purchased a vehicle from them in May of 2020 when I am the owner of a Ford F-150, bought in Florida, in 2019. I have never been to this location, never visited any Lexus website and never would have any reason for them to have my number. It was purchased, they would not say from who and I was being scammed. Poor personal interaction, poor people skills, liars and scam artists. A completely pathetic and unethical attempt to get business and/or sales. If anyone gets contacted by "Anahi" from a 9I562I5246, DO NOT Answer as this individual will continually pester you and call you a liar about your own personal information.

My family worked with FOX for months for a minivan. We finally got word one was available, hurried down to place a deposit, and waited for an additional month. Finally got word that it was scheduled to arrive at the same time my family came down with Covid. We were told not to worry and that FOX would hold until we could come in over the weekend or the following week. Next thing we knew, FOX sold the minivan during the time they said would hold even though we had a deposit on it! We spoke to the assistant manager of FOX who was extremely rude and dismissive and would not even let us finish a sentence. This manager did not hear our concerns and was ingenious to the entire situation, as it was his call to sell our minivan. This managers solution was to order us another minivan so we could wait an additional month. We asked to speak with the GM and was told he would give us a call. We have not heard anything and have not been able to get through ourselves. Moral of the story, don’t trust FOX Toyota with your business and be aware that they don’t honor a down deposit.
