Bough a car and they promised me floor Mats and 2nd pair a key after almost 1 year of taking with sales rep and him telling me they are on back order I went in to talk to manager and he simply said is not part of the contract. Never buy a car here they do not keep their promises and simple ignore you. Almost 2 year with car and problem not resolved

Service department is the worst, zero communication. I dropped off my vehicle on Friday, advisor **** said he will call me back before the day ends. **** never called back, I called him on Monday and left a message with ****. **** didn't return my call. I called back Tuesday, couldn't get a hold of ****. Receptionist **** said **** was busy, left my contact information. **** didn't return our call, called back and finally got a hold of ****. He said the service truck that brings in the parts, broke down and service will be delayed for days. 2 hours later, we received a call from *******, she said that our vehicle was ready. We called **** back to determine if our vehicle is ready or not, **** said it's ready but Mission could not fix the issue. We asked to speak to a Supervisor (*******) or a Manager, we were told that no one was available and they are off for the week.

I took my car to mission Chevrolet to diagnose an issue with my car power locks erratically jumping and loss of power. **** ****** connected making and it gave him a motor computer board error along with a transmission module board. He save me th price for the motor board quoted me $874 and the if it was the trasmisisin board it would$1300. I stated I could not pay for both he assured me once the engine boward wa a fixed it was probably sending bad sensors because it was bad to the rest of the computers. He called me that it was the po613 and transmission code was gone. He stated I should change oils because gas had gotten into my engine and oil. I agreed to change oil assuming the board cause it. Picked up my car doing that exact same thing and looking at my ticket he changed the fuel pump! Fue pump for $900 and problem not fixed. Never was brought that my attention fue pump needed ti be changed and never got the motor board I was quoted on. So now he wants a another 1300 to fix transmission module that is the problem I originally took my car in ti get fixed!!! He said I misunderstood him and my car is running the exact same way I took it in. $900 later he know says the big machine they have to pinpoint my issue is saying transmission module. So instead of fixing my transmission problem he changed out a fue pump for $900!!!!!!!!!! What a rip off
