I dropped off my car in February 2023 for headlights that would not turn off when engine was turned off. I drove it to the agency and dropped it off there. I was told it was the light switch and was given a price and I agreed to it. Then two weeks went by and I was told it was the computer and was quoted somewhere around **** to fix and I agreed to that to resolve the issue. I emailed and called the front desk with no response, in fact my called were purposely avoided. Months went by with no update, I went through miscarriage, and had to get a whole new car so I could get to and from my appointments as I was never offered a loaner car from them and it was not until we got a friend to go with us that is a mechanic that we got an update stating it was a harness issue and the car was not running anymore. At that point we were given mechanics number to get updates from and agreed to have them fix it at no additional cost to us. Again, weeks went by and apparently the mechanic working on my car had an emergency and took two weeks off and no one worked on my car through that time. They apparently have no other senior mechanic on staff and have not trained anyone besides the mechanic out on a family emergency. Again I was offered no updates or solutions of any kind for weeks unless we asked for one. It is now November and we are being told that there will be added cost to fix a car that is apparently not running anymore. We drove the car in with a head light issue, it was misdiagnosed three times and now apparently it does not even start. We feel we are being lied to and most importantly being financially taken advantage of. We would just like the car back running how we left it at the agency in February of 2023.
