On May 16,2022 I purchased a 2017 Ram **** with Sales man ******************** test drove the truck and everything was fine no service symbols where showing, that night when I got home the check engine light turned on, I then proceeded to call *********, he advise to take in the truck back to Shamaley. Once in service they told me truck was fine. They said they had to reset system, but if check engine light came back to take it back and they would fix it. They refused to tell me the codes why the check engine light was on. Check engine light came back on with in 2 weeks. I message ********* but no reply. I took my truck to Viva to get a diagnose and they told me it was the turbo actuator. I took it back to ********* and spoke with the service manager and the assured me they were going to fix it. I dropped it off for a couple of days. When they called me to pick up my truck the check engine was off however in the paperwork it did not mention the turbo actuator, I asked and they assured once again that the problem was fixed. Im trying to get a hold of them now but no one is available to pick up my calls and the check engine light is still on.Business response
