I went to Sunland CDJR to see if I needed my rotors turned/resurfaced because of the sound while braking. I left with my coolant leaking and car running hot.They said I needed all new brakes and rotors. Said I had a leak and needed a New hose and the cost they wrote was $2500+ of service they claimed I needed. They took my vehicle back without a leak and it came back leaking. The guy said if I dont let them fix it my car could possibly set on fire. I asked to speak to the boss and he said thats what happens when we do diagnostics. Never asked for or approved a pressure test and Im not sure what they did to my vehicle. I denied their service and was highly dissatisfied. I broke down on the highway less than 10 mins later because my car started running hot. I had to get my vehicle towed the next day to **** *** CDJR near the airport. My total was under 200 bucks for the part and the labor to fix that **** and they said there were no other issues. This dealership is false advertising . The website has vehicles marked down in order to attract customers. I showed the screenshot of the deal they had online and said the marketing team messed up! I drove over 2 hours just to be told it was incorrect

They charged $240 for a diagnostic fee. They were unable to diagnose anything. But were happy to charge me anyway. **** *** ************ ******** *** ******. I took my 2021 Ram Power Wagon into these folks because I had multiple issues going on. 8000 miles on it. It keeps giving me check engine lights and weird electronic glitches and has done so since I bought it. Note that these indicators are also being reported on my Uconnect truck app periodically. Another issue was that the other night when I used the winch under load I almost immediately got a low voltage indicator. Like seriously low indicating the alternator is not properly functioning. These guys had the truck for 3 days and everytime Id call in they would just say they couldnt find anything wrong. So today I called and found out they never bothered to check the alternator for one thing, and they refuse to check the winch under load. All these clowns did was pull the line out and then reel it back in. This is incompetent and lazy. This is an oem part that is sold with the truck so obviously it falls under warranty. But they wont test the thing under load. Unbelievable. I also found out one connector on my pcm is broken. But they dont want to cover that either. I have never been more disappointed with a dealership than now. I purchased the warranty with the 2018 chysler 300s i purchased from Sunland Park Chrysler. I had road damage to my passenger side rims since October 2021. I have called numerous of times and been to the dealership for months and still cant get the warranty work done. I was told by ** back in November to leave the car at the dealership and my rims would get fixed. The car was thier for a week and nothing was done to the rims. **** ** **** *** ** ******** ****** *** **** ** *** *** ** *** ********** ** ***** **** *** *****. I went and talk to **** and the service manager was present, was told they would look into it. I have called at least once sometimes twice a week to give them time. I have been promised we' ll look into and call you tomorrow but that tomorrow has NEVER come. I wouldn't recommend Sunland Park Chrysler,Dodge,Jeep if my live depended on it.
