On multiple ads there was at least 1-2 major mistakes which would render my search misleading or misunderstood. Ad should read "white spot" instead it advertised "whole spot", and the yr. she was lost says "2022" and it should read as "2021". Newspaper ads ran From Nov. *****, 2021, Vol. 41, #** & #**, & Jan. 5-Feb. 2, 20**, Vol. 42, #**-#**. Uploaded photos of the false advertisements are enclosed and available upon request. The owner told me she did not charge me when I was paying for correct and precise ads to be deployed within a specific amount of time so that I could finalize my search and bring it to an end and finally file a police report as the guidelines for filing police reports for stolen pets are as follows: use social media, posters, business cards, local media ads, humane society notifications, vet clinics ads, fire station notifications and animal control notifications, then a police report may be filed.

I am *********************************** and *************** to a message that BBB of ******* sent me concerning the ads in Thrifty Nickel want ads. I am clarifying that the ads with mistakes are the ads I placed however Thrifty Nickel failed to place advertisements I placed verbatim. Therefore by one or two misprints done by Thrifty Nickel in each ad I placed it renders my business advertisement invalid and false.

******************* lost her cat in 2021.   She placed a classified ad on 1/11/22 for 4 weeks and yes, there were mistakes in the ad.  She notified us of the mistakes after all 4 weeks had run.  Normally we require that a client notify us of any mistakes within 7 days but In her case, since she no longer lives in *******, we gave her credit for all 4 weeks the ads ran wrong and we published the corrected ad for 4 weeks. She has continued to place ads since that time and Thrifty Nickel has run them at no charge.  We do this because we are animal lovers and our heart goes out to ********************  As the owner of Thrifty Nickel I, *******************, last spoke with ******************** In February of 2023 when she was requesting a rather expensive display ad, I expressed to her that I could not in good faith charge her for any more ads as I felt it would be taking advantage of her grief.  What I did do is run a large ad with pictures in our 2/16/23 and 2/23/23 issues, these ads were worth $270 and I charged her $0.  I told her I was doing this in hopes of giving her closure and a sense of peace knowing we did everything possible but after this I would not accept any further ads regardless of her offer of payment.

On a personal note, as the owner of Thrifty Nickel it really wouldn't cost me anything to keep running a simple classified for years and years but would I really be helping *******************?  I have given this issue much consideration and even prayed on it and my heart tells me that true kindness is tell help ******************* find closure and peace.  I believe running those ads in February 2023 is in keeping with my moral convictions.

I know that ******************** is heartbroken and she has my deepest condolences on her loss.

I am rejecting this response because: when I place the ad I had every intention of pain I had given my card number so payment should go through with her employee. She's right I did call back and place more ads and I also asked to be charged for it and gave my debit card information again. I did not ask for ********************** too give me free services as I needed to complete my search for my missing therapy animal due to the fact that I believe she was stolen. I have been having ongoing problems with four individuals in ******* ***** that chose to assault me by punching me and hitting me in the face with a pink can and then began to pour the 1 gallon paint all over my head. The individual stole my ***** ID my debit cards my two cell phones my stimulus check my clothes and set me out on the street with flip flops tights and a t-shirt. I am prosecuting. In the long efforts that I have made over a period of two years there is a certain guideline that I have to follow as per request from ******* ****************** That would be to advertise on social media newspaper TV news posters business cards veterinary clinics and animal control and the humane society which was going to cost me a pretty ***** and I did not mind paying that as I am seeking Justice. As I stated before by thrifty nickel not charging me for the ads and then placing the ads that ran for a very long time which I had to update every week and the ads were wrong with mistakes and misspellings and Miss wording. During the time that I had mentioned to to her over the phone that this search was going to be finalized if she could just run an ad with color photo of my emotional therapy pet and she began to talk to me about how negative this is going to be and how I should give up hope and that there's no way I'm going to find my emotional therapy pet and that I should just save my money and she made me cry. I am not satisfied I am still upset and by her saying that she wouldn't want me to find closure is not true because I need for this final step to be completed so that I can get closure I'm prosecute these individuals for tormenting me while I was homeless for 6 months. Please contact me at **************************** or ********************* thank you ********************
