      Date 9/17/22 $125 for beverage fountain w cups and ice (4hr)The drinks were flat the whole event, my guest ended up not even getting drink from there and instead getting drinks (aguas) from the ***************. I let the workers know, they told me owner had been notified but all they said was it should be working. Today 9/19/19 owner is stating its just me because its been working all week for them. Came to find out im not the first customer this happens to.I have the contract and pictures of messages that were exchanged.I want a refund for this, even a partial one , $80-$100

      Sent deposit of $150 via messenger 06/27/2022 to see her party hall that weekend without signing any contract till we got there. Their party never showed up to show hall or sign contract so we cancelled the hall requesting refund because I did not want that type of service, she refused and the contract stated that it is not refundable after signing which I have not signed.

      La cuada de ***********************, *************************, se comunico con nosotros por medio de nu**tra pagina de ******** pidiendo informacion sobre el salon y queria ***** 16 de 6 a 10pm, si lo teniamos disponible y le dijomos que la fecha se r**ervaba con $150 y podria ser en persona por medio de cita, o por tel. Por la aplicacion de Square y cobra un 4% de tax serian $156 o por M**senger a mi ******** personal y **te no cobra tax**.

      ******* dijo que le gustaria mandar el deposito y **cribio lo siguiente: 

      Se lo va mandar mi cuada ella ** la de la fi**ta pero no habla muy bien el **paol.

      Y asi fue, *********************** hizo un deposito por M**senger a mi ******** personal de $150 el dia 24 ******** 2022 para r**ervar la fecha de ***** 16 de 6 a 10pm

      Le cont**te que si cancelaba no habia reembolso y por que ***** queria cancelar? 

      Me cont**to: Why? We cant do it that day, We havent signed anything anymore.

      Entonc** nosotros recibimos el deposito para r**ervar su fecha y asi lo hicimos y no hacemos ningun tipo de reemboldo, si el cliente decide no continuar con su evento pierde su deposito.

      Esto se lo comunicamos a ***** y **cribio lo siguiente: But if you want to keep the money thats fine Im not going to argue have a good day, And nothing personal, Just bad busin**s, ?? I just reported your busin**s to the better business bureau because of your bad busin**s, I did not sign a contract and I deposited the money in good faith so thank you.

      Nosotros a diario r**ervamos fechas por medio de Me**enger, *****, Cash App, Square y mas con **to que paso de COVID y hacemos el contrato por **crito y le mandamos foto de su contrato, muchos client** si van a el salon a firmar su contrato y muchos clien** no, todo lo hacen por tel. Y tienen su fi**ta sin ni gun problema. El problema para nosotros ** cuando alguien a los **** ya no quiere continuar con su evento y solo pide el dinero para atras y no trabajamos asi.

      Hello my name is *********************** ********************* is the former owner of Click Me Sunshine Land Party Room.

      I received a notification from you BBB about a person ************************

      The day June 24 2022 

      *************************** sister-in-law, *************************, contacted us through our ******** page asking for information about the salon and wanted July 16 from 6 to 10pm, if we had it available and we told her that the date was reserved with $ 150 and could be in person by appointment, or by tel. For the Square application and charges a 4% tax would be $ 156 or by Messenger to my personal ******** and this does not charge taxes.

      ******* said she would like to send the deposit and wrote the following: 

      My sister-in-law is going to send it to her, she is the one at the party but she does not speak Spanish very well.

      And so it was, *********************** made a deposit by Messenger to my personal ******** of $ 150 on June 24, 2022 to reserve the date of July 16 from 6 to 10pm

      I sent *********************** and ************************* a photo of the receipt that Messenger gives and the following:

      I'm going to make your contract in writing and send a photo and when, whenever you like, we can see each other in the living room to sign your contract, send each photo of the contract in the name of *********************** and at the bottom I also wrote the name of *************************, both 

      They said thank you and that's it.

      3 **** despues me escribe *********************** y me dijo lo siguiente: Hello, we are going to cancel our reservation for this date.

      I replied that if I canceled there was no refund and for what reason I wanted to cancel? 

      Me contesto: Why? We cant do it that day, We havent signed anything anymore.

      I dialed your phone number 2 times ************* and I don't answer

      I write the following: 

      You do not need to sign the contract, you sent a $150 deposit to reserve July 16 from **** and that is a contract with us.

      Then we receive the deposit to reserve your date and so we did and we do not make any type of refund, if the client decides not to continue with his event he loses his deposit.

      Esto se lo comunicamos a ***** y escribio lo siguiente: But if you want to keep the money thats fine Im not going to argue have a good day, And nothing personal, Just bad business, ?? I just reported your business to the better business bureau because of your bad business, I did not sign a contract and I deposited the money in good faith so thank you.

      We daily reserve dates through Meesenger, Zelle, Cash App, Square and more with this that happened from COVID and we make the contract in writing and send you a photo of your contract, many customers if they go to the salon to sign their contract and many clienes do not, everything they do it by tel. And they have their party without a problem. The problem for us is when someone a day does not want to continue with their event and only asks for the money to back and we do not work like that.
