This was my first time and last time going there. I called at 945am to ask if they could take my dog in, and the person who answered the phone said yes. They had an open spot at 10 am, and because the location is close to my house, I said yes, I would be there at 10. I show up, and the owner ****** tells me I do not have an appointment. But I should feel lucky because he would make an exception and take my dog in. Thereafter he starts taking my dog's information, like date of birth and vaccine information. And again ****** stated that if I had made an appointment before just showing up, all this information would have been taken over the phone. The worst part of all this is when I show up to pick up my dog!! They gave me someone else's dog! The dog I was given was similar to my dog, but I could tell there was something different. I told the owner that she was not my dog and that she looked different, but she replied by telling me that is the haircut and that all dogs look very different after a good grooming. Because I was in a hurry to work, I did not argue with the man and just left. When I get home, the dog does not recognize the house, the dog's bed, or her food bowl. It was long before I called this place and told them I was convinced they had given me the wrong. The owner then told me that that was impossible, that my dog was the only dog named ***** there, and that all dogs are kept in separate kennels. I told him again that I was sure it was not my dog, yet he didn't show any concern; he ****** said that it was impossible and they had given me the wrong dog. Well, after ending the call, a few minutes later, he called me to take the dog back because it did turn out they gave someone else a dog.
