            I purchased my pool (Salt Water) from Cost Plus Pools over a year ago after closing on my property and going on my second summer. * **** **** ******* ******* ***** **** ******* *** ***** **** *** ***** **** * *** ***** *** ** ***** ** ***** ***** **** **** **** ** *** *** ****** **** ******* *** ****** *** ***** ** ***** ****** * ****** **** ******* *** ******  This is the 3rd pool I have built and I can tell you, **** (Cost Pools CEO) has a great company. ** ********** ** *** ***** ********* * **** ****** ***** ** ** ** ** *** **** *** **** ** ****. I have no complaints. Being a previous pool owner, I knew what to look for, and what I wanted. Which kind of made it hard for **** in dealing with me, but I can tell you he was very patient, understood what I wanted, made me the design, and created the pool exactly how I wanted it. Even after the construction, he continues to ensure my pool is running great. Had a minor issue with the salt system, (No fault on him) but he went ahead and took care of the problem with the Haywood company and got my issue resolved. Again, shows how he still warranties his products and workmanship even after the work is done. **** ** ********* ** *** **** ******* *** *** *** ********* ** * ******* *** ****** ****** ********* *** ***** **** ** ***** *** **** **** **** ******. But at the end of day, it is how your issues get resolved and **** does just that. Before hiring Cost Plus Pools, I had 3 separate estimates from different builders here in El Paso, and **** was the best of the three in regards to first, the price and the products I was receiving within that price (Pump, square footage, heater, Salt equipment etc..) I have no complaints with his service and if you are looking to build a great pool, I would recommend Cost Plus pools as your builder.
