I hired Cepeda roofing in the summer of 2020 to replace my roof. In July 2021 my roof started leaking, I called ******** Cepeda to let her know about the leaks. She is the wife to Arturo Cepeda. I had a leak in my green room, in the exact spot that Cepeda Roofing repaired in 2020. I also had two leaks in the living ceiling and a third leak in another bedroom. On July 6, 2021, a subcontractor came to my house and told me that I needed to talk to ********. He was at my house for 10 minutes.I had another appointment on July 13, no one showed. A second person came to my house and said that he did not work on my roof, so it was not his problem. On July 22, 2021 some people showed up and ******** said that she would call me. She never called, I kept on texting her. I did not get a responds until August 14, 2021. Through out this period ******** or Arturo Cepeda never came to my house to meet with me and go over the issues with the repairs. I had the insurance adjuster checked the roof and he said that it was not installed correctly. He said he left a message for Arturo to call him and he never did. The texting went on through September. Finally, I didnt have choice but to hire another contractor because Cepeda roofing did not do their job correctly. In October, I had my roof repaired. I sent her the invoice that I had paid and asked for reimbursement. She said that she wasnt going to pay it and it was too much money. Cepeda Roofing received 23K to repair my roof and did not do the job they were hired to do. They lacked customer service and integrity and do not care about satisfying the customer. I am requesting a refund of the **** I paid for the repairs. The contractor I hired worked 8 hours for five days to fix the repairs. Cepeda roofing would spend 10 minutes on the roof when the showed up to my house.
