In July 2023, Interio Construction did a shower remodel in my Master Bath. They did not slope the shower floor properly and the water remains standing for several days unless you squeegee it into the drain. It is now February **** and I have been calling to follow up on their warranty service to repair the shower floor. For two weeks straight I have not received a phone call back in regards to a resolution. I sent emails detailing the issue, I have called over ten times to both *************************** and the office and not a single person will answer or return my phone calls or my e-mails. My wife will call from a different phone number and they answered her without issue until the found out she was with me, they then stopped returning her calls. Our first phone call was on February 1st and it is now February 12th with no response, no resolution. I was given a text from *************************** on Wednesday Feb. 7th saying that he was busy and that he would call be back no later than Friday. Friday came and past with no response. It is now Monday Feb. 12th. I called ****, the phone rang twice and he hung up. I sent him a text asking what the deal was, no answers. We have been ignored and they are not following up on their warranty process.
