roofing job was started in March 24/2021 and was completed in about two weeks, I called *************** to come back and repair several issues with the installation and he sent back one of his workers to do the repairs.at that point I was satisfied, in the course of the month we had some raining day and I spotted several leaks in the area that was leaking in the past in the front and back of the house, I called *************** again and he sent the same worker to fix the leaks but in the next raining day the leaks started again in the same areas, I called *************** again and promised to send some one to fix the issues and no one showed up so after a couple of weeks I called him again and got no answer so I left a message to please call me back, He never did, so I called him again from a different phone number and he answered and got surprised that it was me and I question him that I had a good impression on him and could not believe that he was running a business that didn't respect the warranty on the work done and he mentioned that he was going to send his worker to get things fixed, to date no one has returned and done any fixes to my roof and the areas leaking are doing more damage again, that's the reason why I'm asking you help to contact *************** to make good on his word or warranty.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
I did received a visit from mr ************ from ******** Roofing and he left his business card to call him,I called him and he was busy at the time and said he will get in contact with me and he did after an hour later.
on the conversation we had he apologized for the issues I had with the work done on my roof and mentioned that
his worker assigned to fix the issue told him that all was fixed and that I was satisfied with the repairs, that part is true
the only thing that he forgot is that I called later after the raining days were I found out that the areas that were repaired continue leaking
and that's were I called *************** and mentioned that the leaks are still there and he promised to come back and fix the issues
to were he mentions that I have never called him to inform him that there was still a problem with my roof.
so until the repairs are done I will withdraw the complaint on him. as soon as the work is completed I will
inform The BBB that is all done with conformity.

*************** came to my place and inspected the issues took measurements for the material that needs to be used for the repairs and promised to return to fix the problems with *******. as of today he has not returned or started any work.Business response

Material that is needed has been ordered and has not arrived as soon as we receive it, we will go and install it.

I am rejecting this response because:
*************** called me and was upset because I haven't cleared the complaint, I told him that the soonest he finishesthe repair that I will withdraw the complaint, he's not giving me a date of when the material he needs is arriving much less
an approximate date of when he's starting the repairs. I do thank BBB for keep on pursuing *************** to make good on his word (warranty)
