  The first transaction was made on January 24, 2023 with a promised date of 6 to 8 weeks. Total Price for the order was: $3,300. A payment/ check for a total of $1,700 dollars was made out to " Maria R. Barrios" which was withdrawn on January 27, 2023. (3 days later after the check was provided). The remaining balance of $1,600 to be paid when the product was delivered. Product ordered: 9 wooden window shutters in white, panel, nickel hinges.Estimated time of completion 6 to 8 weeks. On March 15 (7 weeks later) I reached out to the company for a follow up, phone call was not answered. Did not receive a call back.Maria Barrios (business owner) texted back explaining there was a delay and provided a new date for delivery of the product of April 15, 2023. On May 17th, another phone call was made to the business for an update. No answer again. Received a text message again. The owner texted back with an update explaining another delay as they were very behind due to mothers day orders . Stated that they will call back whenever there was an update. No expected date of delivery was provided. May 23: called business again, no answer again. Owner texted again stating they would call or text whenever the order was complete. No date was provided again.Later after text message, called again to ensure I am speaking to the owner. Owner finally answers the phone. Owner not able to provide a date. Product not guaranteed because she didn't have enough workers and now that they have hired people, she is not sure of how fast they will be able to complete the order. I then proceeded to offer a new deadline of June 15, 2023. Owner followed up by stating nothing is guaranteed and that the money could not be returned as it was already invested. It is now June 17th, and there is no update and company does not answer the phone. The company has not tried to resolve the problem as they never provided updates and did not answer my phone calls.Chk #**** no track# available.

  Good morning *******************************, I am Maria R. Barrios, answering to your letter, regarding a complaint, from ********* y ***************************. I schedule, Mr. ***** *******************, their shutters' installation, on July 7 2023. This order is done.  Futhermore, to let you know, that it type of business, requests time since the beggining until the end, of the process to realize, every shutters' order. Sometimes, we have had some problems, after Covid 19 that are affecting, to us! For it reason, sometimes, we are latter, installing it product, our valued customers. But, Customers understand, it situation! After, shutters' installations are done, the people whom order window shutters, to us, are satisfied and happy our job! We use the best matetials to produce and install our product. Besides, to this,  sometimes, there aren't some materials that we need or use, in the  process shutters' production.
