      I signed the contract with Zehra on 10/18/22 with the agreement I would have an expansion to my current solar system in 2-3 weeks time. We are now in January and I'm going on 3 months w/o any solar service, not even the existing one I had as it was shut off in November in order to connect new panels. The 1st time the City Inspector came out to approve the project it was denied due to installer not leaving schematics, therefore inspection from ******* Electric had to be delayed. When EPEC came out it did not pass inspection as the installer had installed wrong voltage breaker, 2nd inspection did not pass due to breaker not working. ******* was used as opposed to installing a new breaker. Twice installer/tech came out and had to be returning due to not having the proper tools to work with, thus delaying EPEC inspection. A second application for inspection for EPEC was not issued and received until this month (Jan 12th) and I'm to wait now ***** business day for them to come out. So from initial time of contract Oct 18 to Jan 27 or Feb 2, is not 2-3 weeks. I have requested on multiple occasions services to done promptly, yet I was always advised someone would be calling me, coming by on certain dates and never show, or even that owner would come to speak to myself and my husband personally, which neither happened. The lack of communication has been horrible.

      Im so sorry for the inconvenience, some times it happen with the  inspections but we are raelly sorry.

      we already give you to pay one bill we will pay you the other one as well. 

      the good news is that your system already pass inspection and your system is turn on since 02/23/2023

       I am rejecting this response because:
      I would like an agreement in writing on my 2nd that they will contact Mosaic. So far I already received two statements from Mosaic (financing company) and I want make sure my year of no payments ends in December and not October as when contract begin for 1 year no payments.

      we just spoke with you and explain that I call the bank and we cant change the contract but we agree that Im going to pay the first and second payment from mosaic so you can have the 12 months no payments like you ask. You can call me anytime and Im gladly will love to help you.
