      I enrolled my daughter into elite gymnastics in 03/2023. My daughter moved up very fast in levels to the Pre-team in 08/28/23. Once in pre-team, my daughter pay for classes went up( which I expected) and Elite requested a payment of $135 for ONLY the Leotard and the bag that she will need for mock meets and if there were any competitions. As the year went on I constantly and consistently requested updates on when the children would receive their leotards and bags. Or one reason to another the order was not able to be filled and completed. The year for my daughter ended in 03/2024 and we never recieved the Leotard or bag. Now that I have asked for a refund, I was told other fees were applied and only received a partial of the redund owed to me. Never recieved the new contract or reciept explaining the new fees that were applied to my refund. This is not okay and I would like the rest of my refunds given to me please! I have attached screenshots of the conversation with Elite and myself.

      Good afternoon,

      I have attached a copy of the packet that *********************** signed upon accepting the invitation to Pre-Team. In the packet it does break down the charges for the $135.00. I did read the text conversations that were had with the front desk. The front desk does not know the break down of the charges as they are not part of the team staff. They are my Sales Rep and **************** Rep and just know part of the items involved in the fees. I do see in the conversations with ***** that she did inform ************** that we would be refunding the $85 for the *** and bag. I was out of town a few weeks in April and was informed on my return about **************' refund and that she wanted to speak to me. I told ***** to set up a meeting and I would be happy to talk with **************. ***** did send a text to ************** trying to set up the meeting which ************** did not respond to, of which I have attached.  ************** was sent a check for $85.00 on 4/29/24. I am very sorry about the misunderstanding but this is why a packet is handed out to all Pre-Team and Team parents that give a breakdown of charges and what to expect by accepting to be in these programs.

      At the beginning of ******** went to the gym and signed my daughter up for a month classes. We paid $100 for the 4 classes a month and they required a $100 refundable deposit required. Our schedule changed and we could no longer take our daughter to the classes. I called the gym to request a refund and a cancellation of the classes, they sent me an email link to fill out a form I did and never heard back from them. I sent them a text message because when you call they send you to voicemail they had been telling me that someone would contact me but no one has. Again, yesterday I sent a text message and they told me to email a link. This has been over a month and I always have to text or email them. All I want is just a refund of our deposit.
