Extremely disappointed with the service provided by EP Limos for my daughter's quinceaera. The entire experience was frustrating and far below what we were promised. The driver arrived late, setting a stressful tone for the day. To make matters worse, the air conditioner was not working, the radio was non-functional, only one window could roll down, and the interior was not clean. This was completely unacceptable, especially for such a significant event.When I contacted the owner to address these issues, I was met with unprofessionalism and disrespect. Rather than acknowledging the problem, the owner essentially called me a liar, claiming that because his driver did not report any issues and the limo seemed fine upon his inspection of the vehicle today. This response was both insulting and dismissive.Had it been any other event, I would have immediately canceled the service. However, this was my daughters **********, and we had no alternative transportation arranged for her and her court from the church to the venue. We trusted that EP Limos would provide the quality service we paid for and did not anticipate needing a backup plan.When I spoke with the owner today, he refused to offer any form of refundpartial or otherwiseor even an apology. His stance was that because I did not cancel the service, there would be no compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused. He also sent a text message stating, for some reason its always the ones that pay less and get less hours that try to get a refund even after services was done and that's the reason we do have contract in place sorry but if services are render we don't provide a refund. This is a poor way to treat customers, especially when special occasions are at stake.I strongly advise against using EP Limos. Their lack of professionalism, poor service, and unwillingness to take responsibility for their failures are reasons enough to look elsewhere for your transportation needs.
