This place deserves 0 stars to be honest. I bought a Chrysler 200 last year and we were *********** had a clean title and everything. Test drove the vehicle and everything seemed fine. A couple months later I started having problems with the car. And since then, it has been giving me so many issues. I decided to go to another dealership and trade in the car last month to **************** and we were told the Chrysler was a total loss vehicle and the wouldnt give us anything at all for vehicle for that reason. Went back to Barrio Motors to confront them about the issue and the owner stated I didnt know it was a total loss. Carfax showed it was considered a total loss by the insurance company two month before Barrio Motors bought the car. And they didnt want to do anything about it and said that its our problem now.

Dear sir,We regret your experience. Although your words and sentiments are something that we cannot agree upon, we do know, and what we have learned, is that you cannot be in this business without integrity, honesty, and respect and last 50+ years in the same place, same location. Being in the car business this long you do encounter all sorts of situations. And you try your best to find a solution.When you came into the office and explained the situation to us, we provided proof of what we had where we purchased the vehicle with a clean title,and furthermore, it was registered with a clean title. Because during the process of registering the vehicle for you, the department of the motor vehicles confirmed the validity of a clean title and intern issued your registration and your plates. We did informed you, you had the choice of taking up the issue with the company that sold us the vehicle and provided a clean title to us. The only other thing that we did that we did not have to do offer you another car and you stormed out. We did try to work with you we tried to help you and we tried to give you another car, you declined. I dont know what more we couldve done. We purchased a vehicle with a clean title from an auction. The title was verified through the department of motor vehicles when it was registered for you guys and we offered to put you in another vehicle. Respectfully,Barrio Motors
