In early February of 2024 my Father purchased an engine from this location. The engine was seized and my Father tried to return the engine however the business refused and said they can either repair engine or give store credit. My father chose the engine to be repairs. For months my Father, my brothers, and myself have tried reaching this business and there is no answer. We have not heard any update on engine. I have read multiple reviews on this location of other customers having similar experiences. Multiple customers have stated this location is a Chop Shop. My father paid $1,800 for this engine and this is a very large amount to just let go. All we ask is help reaching out to them and getting our engine back.Business response

I bought an engine from them the engine was no good I took it back and they said that they were going to fix it for me 2 months already passed and I haven't got my engine back .isbreally hard tk get a hold of them and they just keep saying that they're still working on it ..Initial Complaint

August 30, 2021 - I called the shop and spoke with ************ to have my truck picked up to get the engine overhauled due to it getting damaged. I paid them cash on the spot $3,000 September 20, 2021 - texted to see how my truck was doing September 28, to October 21 of 2021, I was calling and texting to find out what was happening with my truck. On October 22 of 2021 I get a text with a picture of the engine being worked on.Early November I received my truck and on November 6 I sent a text with image of the truck having the same issue. **** and I agreed via text that I would take it in that Monday.November 19, 2021 the truck is doing the same thing and I sent text and videos to ************ via text. Texted **** on the 20th and told him Id take it in the following week December 31, 2021 I had to text **** about the issue happening again. **** told me to take it in on Monday and I did. ************************ mechanic said the truck was fine and I took it back.January 4, 2022 I took my truck back in to ensure it was good for a business trip to *********** and was told by the mechanic I would have no problem.January 5, 2022 my engine blew while getting to *************. I had to pay $150 to get it towed into a shop. **** wanted me to pay for the tow to *******. I told him it was on his shop because I asked his mechanic before taking the trip. January 8, 2022 ***** workers picked up my truck after I paid for the storage at the shop.Since January 13, 2022 Ive called, texted, stopped by and tried to see when my truck would be ready since I had already paid the $3,000 from the beginning and it had a year warranty. The last time I received any information from ************ was January 18, 2023 and now I cant leave a message on his phone nor has anyone else called me back.Customer response

To date, I have not received a call or text from the company or owner. I keep trying the owner's phone but he does not answer nor does he text back. I called the office number and spoke with a gentleman who said the mechanic, ******, claims the engine is already built and they just need to put it in the truck soon. I am NOT SATISFIED with this answer as it has been the same answer I've received for over a year and a half.
