      Real bad customer service, and will take advantage of you at all costs they sold me a car with the value of 3 thousand dollars for 13 thousand dollars Not even 6 months later it broke down on me my starter has gone out 3 times they refused to fix it due to the starter missing bolts claiming that once there was missing parts I would have to fix it at my own cost, ** *** ** *** **** *** *** ********* ** ******** ** *** ****** ****** would not recommend this dealership to anyone

      ***** ** ******* Got my loan balance down to about $2k for it to be paid off. Just for them to repossess the vehicle because I was about “23 days late on payment” when I had let them know I was in the middle of dealing with a medical crisis ***** * *** ** ** ******** **** ** ********* **** ******** *** **** * * ***** ***** ** ******* **** ***** This was all communicated to them about a week ago. Ontop of the fact that I was waiting for the short term disability payments that had already been processed to simply be deposited into my account. For me to make the payment. Their reasoning behind them taking the vehicle is that I “hadn’t answered their calls” even after I gave them that update! They still continued to ****** me every single day after that to ask me when I would be making the payment. I never answered their calls after I told them I would be paying it as soon as the funds were deposited because, UH HELLO IM DEALING WITH A MEDICAL CRISIS *** ********* ********* ** ********* **** ******* *** *********. Which also makes it difficult for me to take their calls, since I’m limited , especially just so that I can repeat the same thing I told them the day before., these ****** do not value you as their customer. Ontop of a ridiculous interest rate, issues with the car since the beginning l(bumper falling off etc), **** *** ******** ******** **** ******** *** *** ******* ***** * *** ** ** *********** *** ******* ** ******** *** *** ****. It’s nothing but ridiculous. STAY AWAY. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. **** ** ******* ** **** ** ******** ** *** **** **** ******

      Customer has been late on payment multiple times and has not made a vehicle payment since December 2022. Customer currently owes La Casita three payments that are past due, with a fourth payment coming due ** ******** **** ****. Our Collection Manager called him on the day his payment was due and numerous days after and was unsuccessful in making any contact. He also tried contacting customer before repossession and states customer never responds to a voicemail that has been left. We have also tried contacting customers' listed references to get in touch with him but were unsuccessful. After many failed attempts to contact customer, his vehicle was repossessed on Jan. 17th, 2023. After repossession, the customer finally called La Casita but didn’t offer to make any payments at this time. The customer simply stated that he is having medical issues and felt that if he is sick, we shouldn’t be collecting on the car. The customer said that he is not currently working and is still waiting on his short-term disability to kick in* ***** *** **** *** **** *** **** ******. The customer hasn’t contacted us again since January 17, 2023. The customer has also contacted our General Manager **** *** **** ********** **** ** *** ********* **** *** ****** ******** ****** *** ** ****** ******** Our General Manager is willing to assist customer with the repossession and late fees if he is able to make his account current, but every attempt to reach this customer has been unsuccessful and we have been unable to work out any details. ******** **** *** ** **** ** ****** *** ******* ** ************* ***** **** ****** ** ******* *** ***** La Casita sympathizes with these customers' medical condition and has made every attempt to accommodate a solution but is unable to make any form of contact to assist or find a resolve.

      ***** ** *** ********** ******** *** ********* ***** **** **** ** *** ***** ***** ***** ********** ******* ****** ****** ******* *** ***** *** ********* ** ***** ****** Yes I was late on those payments due to a medical crisis ***** * ********* ** **** ******, of course the medical crisis part as well as the part that I am not able to work but am receiving *** benefits was communicated to the business. Business manager never attempted to call, ** ***** * ***. All I have are a bunch of voicemails by the same lady calling me over and over, even after the fact that I clearly communicated my situation to them. ****** ***** ** ****** ** **** ****** ******* ******** **** ** **** **** ****** I called them to confirm that they were the ones that repoed the car as i live in an apartment complex and the vehicle was stationary since the first day that the payment was not made due to a tracking system they have installed on their vehicles. They agreed, i advised them that that was unfair due to my situation and the fact that I had clearly communicated with them, ** ** ****** ** ****** **** ****** ***** *** *** **** **** ** ********* ***** ********* ***** ** * ***** ** ******** **** ** ** **** *** ******* **** ********** *** *** **** ******* ***** ** ******* ** ***, I attempted to offer solutions as I NO LONGER WISH TO DO BUSINESS WITH them but of course dont want to be hit with a repossession on my credit, solutions such as having someone take over the payments, selling the vehicle privately to close out the loan, to even refinancing. something that the manager pushed back on heavily ** ** *** **** ** ** **** ** ****** **** *** ***. He called the suggestions ***** ******** ** just pushed back on every single thing i suggested. Also they are now adding AN ADDITIONAL charge to the repossession that shouldve never happened. JUST STAW AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. BTW, the manage has not once called me ****** *** **** **** *** *** ***** ******** ** *** ******* ** *** ***** ** *** **** *****

      I bought this car back in back 2022. A 2007 saturn aura xe . Salesman ***** ******* show me this car test drove it and was ok with the car. Than I see the invoice he had on his desk with info of the car. Priced at $6,999. I was ok with it 15 year old car on pretty decent shape. I mention the strong smell of gas when the car was parked. Than he said that he will talk the manager. Returning with bad news that ti bring in when a technician is available they would take in my car for issue thT was brought up before signing. When I noticed that the manager added an additional $1,000. When I asked why she said for the repair that has been done to it. Up to date no phone call Bout my car been service with this very hazardous issue that my kids ride along as well. No I have to pay out of my pocket for these repair that they are ignoring. Now they are threatening me to repo my car and deny my partial payment which is most of it. Tried contacting a regional or district management team and all i get is transfers to full inbox voice-mail. They hang up on me when im trying to work something out with my financial hardship. My payment history is on time plus giving Little extra . * **** ***** ********** **** **** * ********* **** **** **** ** ********* ** ******* ******** **** ****** **** ***** ******** I feel this a not professional *** **** ** ***********

      This company does not appreciate customers. I tried to explain my hardship and the bad experience I was having with the car. They disregard everything I tried to explain to them and I got my car repo . What a way to treat customers and how to get rid of them so they won't deal the situation
