On March 27, 2024 a vehicle was purchased for my son. The vehicle did not have any oil and the headlamps bulbs were not working. We immediately spent money for an oil change and purchased new light bulbs. The check engine light turned on within days and the diagnostic revealed that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced as well as the exhaust ****** basket. I believe the dealer manipulated the car by clearing the codes in order for it to pass inspection. The car is in poor condition and need of repair. The owner refuses to give a refund, repair the vehicle or give partial payment back. The vehicle was purchased in cash.

To who may concern, on 03/26/24 we had a customer that came to our business to check out our inventory. The customer was interested in one of our vehicles that was in our inventory, that was a 2015 Dodge Charger with 175k miles for the price of $11,695 dlls plus Tax, ****** and Registration. The customer was advised that all the vehicles that were in our inventory were over the miles and they were all sold "As is" with no warranty. The customer said that did not matter, and he will still like to take it for a test drive. The customer and his grandson and my self took the ************************************************************ great condition with no issues and no lights on the Instrument Gauge Cluster. After we came back to the dealer after the test drive the customer check the oil on the vehicle and was at the max ***** of fluid, but we also advised that the oil was not new. The customer advised us he like how the vehicle was driving and that the engine and transmission were in good condition. The customer said if we can give him a better price on the vehicle, and we gave him a better price for $10,695 plus Tax, ****** and Registration. We gave a customer $1,000 Dlls less of the original price and the customer accepted the vehicle for that price and with no warranty "as is". The vehicle was running in great condition and the vehicle pass the Texas Inspection with no issues at all. Later on the week the customer arrived at our business with his daughter, he wanted to let us know he had an issue with the vehicle. We were in our business office when the customer daughter started to insult me and my wife. The daughter started to use vulgar words and threatening words. The daughter said that she work for the government and she was wearing a badge on her collar and she said the she was going to do something about it. The daughter got so close to me that I was thinking she was going to assault me, but my wife that she was also their to witness, she got up right away and told the female if she can leave the business. The female walked out side the business and she still kept yelling vulgar speech. All this was kept in our surveillance video. We advised our customer that her daughter was really rude and she really disrespectful. At this time we gave the customer a better price when the vehicle had no issues at all, the vehicle is a used car with more than 175k miles, any vehicle can have a problem from one day to the other. Thank You ...
