On 02/19/2024 I had my family member go by this dealership to look at a 2019 F150 they had for sale. At the time I was under the impression that this vehicle was a ***** which is an updated package provided by ***** Upon my family members arrival, the salesman talked to my family member and began explaining this truck as the F150 ***** which my family member will attest to. After a test drive and a few photos taken by my family member. We began to talk numbers on the purchase of this vehicle. At this time I was not 100 percent sure on purchasing this vehicle. The salesman informed my family member that I could put in a 500 dollar deposit through cashapp or other online payment that would secure me the car until I was able to see it the next day when I was off work. I agreed and placed the 500$ deposit. Then we began to submit a credit loan application and talk numbers with the manager who stated that only one bank would loan me the money with a 1600$ fee. At this point I felt more comfortable going to see the truck before committing to the truck. This is when the manager began to explain that the 500$ deposit did not apply to highly sought after vehicles and I had to make a decision or he would sell the truck that day. After arguing with the manager for about 5 minutes that I had payed 500$ to be able to go see the truck and now they were telling me I had to decide then and there, he gave me a deadline and stated that if I didnt get there by 11:00am he would be selling the truck to someone else. Frustrated already, I agreed. After looking further at some photos that my mother had sent me, the truck was missing a supercharger and Fox Racing suspension that comes in the ***** package. At this point the dealership had already closed. The next day early in the morning I called them and notified that I wouldnt be buying the vehicle because it wasnt a ***** in which they stated that they never said it was after their salesman had already said.
