            i have had issues with the company Aqua Innova due to the fact that they invoved a payment company called powerpay they have been sending me billing statements stating that i owe $3,412.25 i have talked to them and told them that my financial situation is not good to due that my mother passed away in september 2023 and i am not able to give them any payments i also asked them if they can please close the account that i have with them they refuse to try to help me they have said that they were going to waver 2 months of payments and they havent done anything but keep sending me billing statements. they just send a letter stating that if i dont pay that my account information may be reported to the national credit bureaus of borrowers. they stress me out by always calling me. I keep telling them that i am not able to pay them at this time. i would appreciate it very much if you can please help me thank you hope this will help
