ORDER #***** Placed on January 18, 2024 10:50PM I places an order, and never received the products. The order was lost in transit by **** I filed a claim, got the claim approved and sent to Makers leather supply. I called, and had communication with Makers Leather supply confirming they received the communications from *** that they needed to confirm the claim to receive compensation. I had multiple phone calls and texts to makers leather supply. But they claimed they couldnt complete *** form. And never resent the merchandise.The total was $156.37 USD. I would like a my merchandise, I paid for months ago. *** spent hours of my time trying to resolve this matter but *** had no resolution.Business response

I spoke with **** this morning; we had sent an email through the shopify claims service for him to verify the claim. We did this because there wasn't any advancement with the *** Claim. Since that was not completed Shopify closed the claim, and it slipped through the cracks. Now that he has reached out through here, we were able to rectify the situation. We have resent out the entire order at no cost to him. Plus, we added a few other items as our apologies at no extra cost. we are very sorry about the outcome of this transaction and will continue to do everything to make it right.
