In March of 2020 we entered into a contract originally quoted ****** to build a backyard oasis with the main representative from the company Maddog Masonary. As the project went we were promised completion dates that were never met and we worked with the company to alter the plans to materials they said they were able to get. I was very trusting with them based on their original pledge of family values and I extended an understanding to them that expands currently 2 years and 10 months after the project started.They made errors in design of our project which damages our house and the property of our neighbor that they said they would repair and never have. In addition the left stones pilled in our yard creating a giant crater and pour excess concrete into a flower, mulch bed. The splattered concrete onto the side of our house and promised to clean it up but never have. They damaged facia boards, satellite dish and gutters because of a faulty design and products they admitted they were not familiar with. I have chains of emails of promises that they would they would come out and fix the damages and finish the project and then they would not show. I would have to call them and they would appear to be searching for excuses. I took days off of work because of the plans they established to work on the project and they would not show and not return communication. Lately, in the past several months they would arrange to come and work on our project and then come up with excuses why a repair on someone elses project was more pressing. I explained to them that the expose electrical and sharp objects due to the state of unfinished project has been a hazard for our toddler and other families will not bring their kids over to our house because of this. Told me to just tell the toddlers not to touch it. I am not only out the money, deappreciation to our house, damage to our house but mainly the loss of possible memories with our family which is why we started this project.
