      I received a text message on Thursday, September 19, 2023 stating that my garbage pickup would be delayed by one day. My garbage was not picked up on Friday. I called and left them a message, as no one was answering their phone. I called again Saturday morning and left another message. My garbage still has not been picked up and its Monday, September 23rd. I have been calling their office and they never answer their phone, which is a complaint Im hearing from many people online. Im asking them for a refund on my account for the inconvenience and the garbage piling up at my house. If this is the level of customer ********************** they are giving since being bought out, Im going to be complaining a lot!

      I have reviewed your account and see that a Customer ********************** Representative made contact with you on Monday, 9/23/2024 and she was able to submit a miss pick up work order in to the operations team. 

      I have made the Site Manager aware of the issue reported and that the location was not serviced. I will be issuing a credit for the account # *********** in the amount of $25.00. We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused the church. 

      We will resolve the communication processes to be better serve our surrounding communities.

      I has payed them on time all the time 1 are no ****** the 3 of the month they changed owner ship from the time I started with UT was 3w dollar then the new owner did not let people they change the paying to 3 month bill 101 ect

      Thank you for your inquiry regarding this matter. I have reviewed the previous account and see that you called in on May 14th regarding a check. You advised you sent a check in the amount of $75.99 to DOXO.

      Waste Connections dba Gaston Sanitation is not affiliated with DOXO. This source of payment method is not accepted. The acquisition from Gaston Sanitation to Waste Connections occurred in 2022. 

      All Gaston customers were notified via a flyer of the changes and the information necessary to update any payment methods for the future. We do apologize you did not get this flyer in 2022.

      I would advise contacting DOXO for this check in the amount of $75.99 that you submitted through this third party ******************* to request this refund. We are unable to contact this company on your behalf.

      I recently moved to the area & needed a trash service for residential trash pick up. I found Gaston Sanitation & despite terrible ****** reviews, decided to give them a chance. I signed up for their service, which was a once/week pick up. When I first signed up, they told me pick up would be on Mondays. I had my trash out on Monday *********** later received a recorded call stating pick up would be delayed by a day. Then Tuesday came, still no pick up. I called *********** said my workorder was there, but it didn't get completed. The lady told me that she would put in an additional pick up service and it would be Thursday. When Thursday came & there was still no pick up, the lady told me that she never said that, and that it would be Friday. After telling her I would have no reason to lie about what she told me, they finally came on Friday to pick up our trash. The next week, they came as scheduled with no issues. I honestly kind of figured it was just a ************ made a mistake. It happens, no big deal. But now, here we are 2 weeks later, and again they didn't come to pick up our trash. If this is the way they conduct their business, which according to ****** reviews, it is, then they shouldn't even be in business. The lady that I talked to was rude & disrespectful as well.

      I no longer live at my previous address but Gaston trash is sending me bills without explanation and will not answer the phone. I moved out in May.

       I do apologize to our Customer, **************************   We had no idea that she moved back in May.  On 5/1/23 ***************** signed up for Autopay using our myaccount.wasteconnections.com website, and on 7/10/23 someone we assumed was ***************** called and said we missed her trash.   I will end her account ASAP.
