On September 11, 2021, we purchased a frontload washer and dryer from Ellis County Appliances in Ennis, TX. I, ***** ***** and my wife, Greta *****, arrived there at the location around 3 pm. We financed the product through Kafene Credit Services for $1000. Soon, the company had to come out in October to fix the washer. By the first week in April, the washer stopped working and the warranty expired. The machine was simply not a good machine or purchase. They knew it but did not refund any money. Now on April 23, 2022, we returned with the expectation of purchasing another washer and dryer. We purchased items with the model number DLE 5955G and model # WM2455 HG for $900. The product was financed through Kafene Credit Services. Financing approval was achieved over the phone. The washer and dryer was purchashed and it came with a 30-day warranty. The washer and dryer was delivered April 27, 2022 (this is an approximate date). Currently, the washer will not fill up with the right level of water to clean the clothes. We called the company and they and refuse to honor the warranty. I have been calling since May 9, 2022. Either they hang up or will not answer my phone calls. When one member answered, he said they will not come to my house to fix the washer. I am still paying on this broke washer and they will not speak with me. I need someone to intervene because this is poor customer service. The warranty is still active. They sold us a dysfuntional product and WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY.
