On September 11, 2021, we purchased a frontload washer and dryer from Ellis County Appliances in Ennis, TX. I, ***** ***** and my wife, Greta *****, arrived there at the location around 3 pm. We financed the product through Kafene Credit Services for $1000. Soon, the company had to come out in October to fix the washer. By the first week in April, the washer stopped working and the warranty expired. The machine was simply not a good machine or purchase. They knew it but did not refund any money. Now on April 23, 2022, we returned with the expectation of purchasing another washer and dryer. We purchased items with the model number DLE 5955G and model # WM2455 HG for $900. The product was financed through Kafene Credit Services. Financing approval was achieved over the phone. The washer and dryer was purchashed and it came with a 30-day warranty. The washer and dryer was delivered April 27, 2022 (this is an approximate date). Currently, the washer will not fill up with the right level of water to clean the clothes. We called the company and they and refuse to honor the warranty. I have been calling since May 9, 2022. Either they hang up or will not answer my phone calls. When one member answered, he said they will not come to my house to fix the washer. I am still paying on this broke washer and they will not speak with me. I need someone to intervene because this is poor customer service. The warranty is still active. They sold us a dysfuntional product and WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY. On or about 3/30/2022 my husband ****** and I purchased a used refrigerator from Ellis county appliance. On 4/15 the refrigerator stopped cooling and all our food went bad ($140). He sent someone out they said it was fixed now less than a week later I am having the same issues and have had to throw out another weeks worth of groceries (163) we are looking for a refund and for them to pick up their appliance we were told it had a 30 day warranty and it is not functioning as it shouldInitial Complaint

I purchased a 350.00 washing machine was told it came with a thirty day warranty. Once home the washer wouldn't drain, I contacted them waited 8 days for repair. Repairman left I tried the washer again and it wouldn't balance 2 weeks later repairman comes fixes (ie he says) I run the washer and it won't rinse call again and now they say my warranty (30 days) is up. I have never been able to use this washer since purchase. I was very patient with them taking so long to do the repairs. I have given them every opportunity to make this right to no avail. Please I would like a refund and removal of this washer. My complaint is among many on their website!
