Hello, I moved out of the apartment on August 21st and received an email about my final bill on August 29th at 10:10 am, totaling $773.07. This charge includes the cost to repaint the entire apartment, paint the bathtub, and clean the carpet. When I moved into the apartment, it was not freshly painted. The bathtub had scratches and was painted after I moved in. However, the paint eroded within a month. The carpet was very dusty, and I cleaned it myself due to expecting a newborn. The carpet looked much cleaner than when I moved in due to my cleaning efforts. I replied to the account manager with pictures from when I moved in and when I moved out. He informed me that he had already sent the bill to collections on August 30th at 2:48 PM.I also made them aware of mold in the ** unit, which they never addressed, along with several other issues that went unresolved. I do have pictures as proof, but the account manager didn't even take the time to review them. It's unfair to me as I never stated that I wouldn't pay the bill, but I believe it needs to be re-evaluated.Business response

We will be doing an adjustment to your charges for your move out. There are some items that we must charge for and we have pictures of your unit of the condition at move out. Please watch for an updated statement from Parc Plaza. We apologize for any inconvenience.Customer response

These charges are being removed. Please allow us to correct this.
-$220 resurfacing was damaged when he moved in
-$105 from the carpet charges only charge should be $64.95 here
-$208.12 for the full paint not warranted on this unitCustomer response
