I bought 4 brand new tires from this man June of 2021- a few months later. I was hearing a weird sound coming from the wheels. I took it to ****** and he said nothing was wrong with the car, it was the driver. I then took it to *************** dealership in ********* **. and they told me that two of my tires were bald and that is what the noise was. I told them that was impossible since I had just bought 4 brand new tires. They said, no Ma'am, you have two new tires and two bald tires. I called ****** and told him what they had said. He said that it was my fault and he refused to do anything about it. I never got a receipt when I bought the tires, he wanted cash and was busy outside and was supposed to get it to me and never did. He did not deny he sold me the tires. Two weeks ago I started having problems with the other two tires that I had bought from ******. My wheels were making a weird sound again and I brought it into the dealership. They documented that the tires were faulty and was " cupping". I immediately called ****** and he said bring the tires in and he will call the Gateway tires where he purchased them. I asked to be reimbursed and he looked at the tires and said nothing is wrong with them. He then said I will let you know what Gateway says. I made him give me a receipt for the tires I returned. Last Wednesday *** from Gateway called and said they would not replace the tires or refund since there was nothing wrong with the tires. I then called ****** and he stated, I am not giving you anything on those tires. I trusted this man and am so disgusted that he would do this to me. He was continually making sexual comments to me every time I would come to his business. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I tolerated his comments and shouldn't have. I do have a receipt for the two tires I returned and a picture of him taking them. The dealership in ********* told me they have everything documented and to let them know if they can help me in any way.
