Hello I went to your Taco Bell franchise off of West ****** boulevard at the above address with some of my friends to get some food to eat. I was surprised to find that the doors to this facility were locked when trying to get the attention of an employee on the inside nobody would respond after several attempts. On the inside of the door there is a white piece of paper that has clear tape on it that indicates the person's in charge of this facility. After speaking to the person I believe that they are not because the simple fact was I asked him why the door was locked and a normal tone of voice and they responded by yelling at me and ain't with anger and hospitality hostility when I'm the person that's trying to I'm a customer of their business I'm the person that's trying to get something to eat. I believe that the way that these people have conducted themselves today is not what I would call customer service I like an explanation for somebody of authority in this organization.Also just now when taking a picture of the piece of paper that stuck to the door somebody from the inside came out and angrily said something I didn't even understand.Initial Complaint

I went through the drive thru at this establishment on 11/15/23 at roughly 9:10pm CST and placed an order that came out to $29 and change, I was asked to round up for charity to the nearest dollar and I agreed to round up to $30. I paid, got food, went home. I logged into my bank account and noticed to separate charges for the same store was put on my card. One charge for $30 and another charge for $39. I attempted to called on 11/16/23 from 8-10:30 am and received no answer to phone calls. Finally close to 11am I spoke with a manager who proceeded to inform me there was nothing he could do.
