I had an amazing experience with ABP Construction. It started with *************************. He was professional, friendly, on time, did everything he said he would do, and I found him to be very educated on exactly what I needed. He walked us through the entire process. He worked hard on our behalf with the adjuster, to get our roof approved. Our new roof is perfect! The company was on time and the workers took great care of our home.There were no surprises!! I have and will continue to recommend ABP to my family and friends.**************

ABP is not a ******* of ********* and Honesty, I used then because they were a Veteran owned. To make a long story short they out and did what they said they were going to do and file additional item on my claim to my insurance. Which my insurance adjuster came out and did his thing as well. The roof was total of ****** ACV the *** was 17, 000. which is fine then ABP want to charge me almost ****** for the roof. I asked them for an Item list which they failed to do and give. So, on his invoice he mentions a statement that everything is complete and to excludes items 16 -23 which is the invoice from my insurance. The point is I reviewed the invoice from my insurance and look at items 16 -23 and other items that was not done. The only thing that was done is that replaced the roof. I only paid for the roof and had 9ft piece of cutter put up. I paid him $16,200.00 for the roof and $4966.49. for what i thought was for the items 16- 23 on the insurance invoice. That have not been done. Total what was paid out is $21,166.49. I am done There was additional claim that was submitted, and my insurance paid me. But that money **** is claiming is his and that i am owed that to his *******. So, to me he is paid in full. and threatened to take me to court if i did not pay my deductable an extra $4.000 . So, I am done see you in court. Have nothing else to say. I have the proof on the work that was not done. I am writing this he does not try to take advantage of another customer

************, I apologize you are still not understanding this. We have gone over this with you five times now **** and myself have been to your house almost 5 times. The last 3 times we met face to face you understood you were paying us all the insurance checks. Between now and 2 weeks ago I don't know how you thought you were going to profit from your insurance claim. Our contract also clearly states, "For the entire claim amount" also. I have reached out to you yesterday and you won't ************* or call me back which tells me you are trying to profit from this. I have no problem coming over and going over the paperwork with you again. Feel free to reach out ************ but at the end of the day I have to pay my men. This is not about me trying profit anything , I paid you for the work you done which was the roof. then gave you another **** in good faith on getting the rest things on the list done. which you have not done. My deductible has nothing to due with this. Then you mention i will not return you calls or talk to you. When you threatened me to take me to court. Which i have it in writing from you. All communication Stop. Now i do not trust you or want you on my property. You are paid in full for the work you performed end or story. See you in court

I want to add this as well if you look at you contract it also says or all work that is completed.

ABP HAS MISLEADING APPLICATIONS. ABP WILL TRY TO FORCE YOU TO WORK THEM.

Hi ****************, You came to us because your roof was denied by insurance leaving you pay out of pocket 100%. After we got involved and insurance came out the entire claim got approved leaving you only responsible for the deductible payment only. You signed our contract willingly to do the work for the insurance amount. Your nephew- our employee was even with me and watched you sign it on 5/3/21. The contract was also emailed on 5/3/21 as well. Our contract is completely clear. I would be happy to send you a 3rd copy if youd like. The racial remarks from your wife also were not appreciated as we have been 100% professional with both you and your wife. Please understand line anyone else we dont like being taken advantage of.
