    One 4/5/23 I signed up for an online marketing promotion to promote my business. Paid $50 (invoice #*****). I never heard back as to what info they needed and where to send it. I emailed them on 4/23/23 asking where to send the info and never heard back. The event is over and they kept my money and did nothing. I signed up for a vendor fair on 3/19/23 and paid $120 (invoice #*****) for a spot. The location was Tanger Outlets in **********, **. On 4/27/23, one week prior to the event, I was notified they were moving the event to either ****** or ******. I am a photographer and a service based business. Both of these locations are out of my service market. I notified them of this and requested a refund. 4/28/23 I followed up due to no response. Someone replied saying contract states no refunds but they would forward it to a manager due to the circumstances. 5/2/23 I followed up due to no response. Someone replied and said no refunds. I replied letting them know I understand if I was to cancel I would not get a refund but THE COMPANY cancelled the location and moved out of my service market. This was not my fault. I saw they had shows in this location and I did not book due to those locations being too far away. She said they would forward to a manager. 5/5/23 I followed up again as I never heard from anyone. 5/17/23 still no response so I emailed **************************** letting him/her know I was being blown off. He asked how he could help. I replied with all my info for both issues and never heard back. 5/31/23 I followed up with him/her again and never heard back. All I want is my money back for services NEVER provided and for the fact that they took my money for a specific location and then moved the event out of my service area and did not refund me for it. I would have done the event in **********. But I am a SERVICE business and clients have to come to me. I never would have booked if that was the location. This was a bait and switch type transaction.
