            They were greatuntil they werent! I was a satisfied customer for over a year. Then I took a new suit in to be cleaned that had only been worn twice. They lost the pants, and made me wait a few weeks before they would deal with it, in case they found them. I needed the suit immediately, so I managed to buy a new pair of matching pants; but according to the lady at the front counter, the policy was to only reimburse me 50% of the price in compensation. Eventually, they offered me about 60% of the price in store credit. The whole time, it was being stressed to me how grateful I should be that they were giving me this much backfor a loss that was 100% their fault. My original pants were never found, I used up the store credit, and will never use this cleaner again. Even when I told them that I would never come back, and would post a negative review, the lady came out to my car to tell me how unkind and unfair I was, since she had managed to get me 60% of my loss back instead of the 50% originally offered.
