In October of 2023, I called the company regarding an upcoming move starting the end of October 2023. I spoke with ****, I advised that the pickup date would be the end of October 2023 and that I needed a quote for the move from ******, ** to **************** and that I would also need storage for about 3 months. He gave me a quote of $4400.00(including loading & unloading) +$10.00 per hour for 2 move with a 2 hr. minimum +$50.00 and storage of $120. I scheduled the moving date for the 29th and they came and collected my items then. I received a bill of $611.56 for that day which I paid, which also included storage. Over the next three months I contacted **** regarding my storage fees but kept getting the run around at this point I still did not receive a quote in writing. Finally in Feb 2024, i was able to speak to **** at which point I informed him that i would be needing my items by the latest March 1, 2024. On Feb 8,2024 I received an invoice for the storage cost ($389.70) and a written quote for $4351.64. When I spoke back to **** regarding the quote because the original payment was not deducted he advised that it does not work like that and my respond was that is not what was discussed. At this point I just want be done with this company, so I called **** to schedule delivery for Feb 27 which he confirmed. On Monday Feb 26 I received an email with the contract stating that delivery has been moved to Feb 28. I made the payment according the time line in the contract. When the driver arrived on the 28th I noticed that they were bringing in items that did not belong to me, when I went out to the truck it was filled with office furniture. As I result I did not receive my queens size mattress, office chair, office printer ( hp all in one), 32 inch ******* smart Tv, my pillows, an extra large box labeled 2of 11, sectional couch, microfiber mop and broom. I sent an email on March 1 detailing what was missing and followed up with a call to **** on 3/2.

On February 09 ***** I had a scheduled move setup about 3 weeks before by phone for a 8-10 am window. I called the day before on the 8th and spoke with ****** to confirm the time, day and pickup address of the move. On the day of the move it seems that the original truck was rerouted to another move, So the truck for my move didnt show up till 1:40 pm with the movers and what seemed to be a smaller truck than planned ( GRO was well aware of the contents of move ) as the loading progress I began to realize the truck was not going to be big enough for my personal things ( 3 bed room house no bedroom suites or many big items at all ( less than normal ) . This was about 6:30 pm at the time, after they loaded my person truck, truck bed and a ********************************************** the house. Then I was told to my surprise that they could not deliver that day and it would have to be held overnight and I would have to arrange the opening of the house for a 2nd truck the next morning, OMG! Never the less to try and make a longer story shorter..its too late ! I did it but what choice did I have ,I was not happy all , I was told that I would l not be charged basically for an hour that they never actually worked.. LOL , So no compensation that I realized . The next day the truck showed up about 2-3 hours late by taking the longer route and having a blowout in transit, which I can only assume that this was added to my hourly rate (my bill) **** lead loader wanted to get paid when items were about half unloaded also near the end the workers tried to leave the job site before all the items were unloaded out of my personal truck, they ran out of packing blankets, they broke several items ie. A scanner, the handle of the refrigerator, damaged a $5,000.00 massage chair. It is my opinion that this company is not to be trusted with your personal and precious items.1. They have been in business 3 years; I have been in business 38 yrs.. So this is what I see they are ill-equipped and not to be trusted, probably due to like of experience.2. They use sub-contractors that speak very little English and have very poor costumer service skills. I think because they use these level of subs theyre hands a tied and they cant control the level of customer service that you receive nor the level of professional service that youre entitled too as a paying customer.3. I would like a company that I have hired to be more concerned about the service Im receiving than the size of theyre invoice. This is the best recollection of my experence..This was a horrible experience, I would not use again.D.

I choose GRO because of the advertisement, truck size and reasonable pricing. The business was committed to provide a moving service and advertised as being professional, licensed and an insured moving company on ******** market. The problem that I have with the moving service is when the two guys and I arrived at the new home the driver was trying to unload, and the other employee let down the lift gate. The driver decided to get close to the garage, so he pulled out in the street and tried to back in, but the other employee didnt close the lift gate, so when the driver pulled in the street and backed up he knocked my brick mailbox out of the ground, and the mailbox is now unleveled, and doesn't go all the way in the ground any longer. This has now become a compliant with HOA, due to my mailbox now being bent and not in its normal shape. In fact, the brick now has cracks all around and has now destroyed the structure of the mailbox. Now the structure is allowing water to get inside and ruin my mail. I reached out to a supervisor of GRO, who said he would send someone to look at it, but no one ever came, and it's now been almost a month later. I also reached out to the owner who told me to reach out to driver, so now I'm going around in circles. I feel like it's a lot of pointing unnecessary fingers. If I dealt with the owner, then I expect the owner to do the right thing by replacing my property to its original state. The owner read my message and hasn't gotten back in touch with me, but this is the first step in getting some type of resolution. The business has come to no resolution, and at this point, I do not want them to fix anything, as Ive already allowed time to get this resolved. The business should be held responsible for its action, and I would like for the business to pay for a contractor to repair the problem or with the business insurance information. The date of the transaction was 03/25/2023, the amount of money paid to the business was $1,082.49.

The contractor (GroTransport LLC) that RTG hired to deliver and install our furniture damaged our new floors. I have tried to work with GroTransport by submitting quotes to repair our damaged floor as they requested. The will not follow up or return my calls and or emails.

I hired this company for a move several times. This last time, they were very reckless. They destroyed several of my belongings; 3 65 inch smart TV's, a mirrored glass dining room table, and an L shaped marble office desk. They also stole several items, Beats By Dre headphones, apple watch, and can goods. I informed the owner of how his workers handled my items, and what was damaged. The owner lacked accountability and was unwilling to compensate me in any way for the damages. I have asked him several times to provide me with his insurance information, or the claims process and he refused. He blocked me on social media, and does not respond to my texts or calls.

We hired them to move us from Longview to ****** in May 2022. I was quoted $120 hourly for 2 men and a 26ft truck + $80 service fee (for distance and supplies). Here is a list of the issues:- The main guy intentionally prolonged the job and was blatently dishonest. - They used all OUR supplies.- I couldn't get an estimate upon arrival because he pretended not to understand english very well (but he DID, and didn't realize that I also understood Spanish).- We had them make a 2nd trip to get remaining items. But due to him prolonging everything, I had to DEMAND that they stop and head to destination. Examples of prolonging: 1. Staring out window and whistling (as-if to 'take his sweet time'), while slowly wrapping a cord.2. On the ground as if dissasembling something, but just 'fiddling' with and dropping screws.3. Picking 1mm seed beads out of the CARPET after I kept telling him THATS ENOUGH! *he'd just gaze at me and say 'so beautiful'??4. Loading things I said to leave as trash.5. Waiting for me to 'figure out' where freight elevator was. Then HELP me look, and later says he's been here 4 times and he knew where it was already? Then said it was best to finish in the morning. 6. Blaming broken dolly for having to unload little bits at a time. - They broke a bookcase and said it was 'wobbly'. But my son SAW them drop it (while he was HELPING them unload to speed up the process). - THEN said they arrived earlier than they did, charging us more. We received 2 invoices totaling $2644.98 - 1st = $1579.87 + $130.34 TAX (on moving labor?) with random/wrong customer address.- 2nd = $974.77 with ANOTHER random customer name + wrong address, different branding, no itemization (just 'custom amount').I reached out to the company several times about the service, damages, and correcting invoice names/addresses. They have only responded by telling me they'd have someone get back to me.
