We used this mover for a move on October 11, 2022, from ****************************************************, Public Storage to ************************************************************. Their truck leaked lots of oil in the driveway, left black tire marks in the driveway, and refused to deliver all of our belongings and kept them overnight until we paid them when we were told initially that they do not require payment until the work is done. They threatened to put our things in storage and charge storage fees until paid the bill was paid; once paid, they did not deliver our belongings immediately, but the next day and unless I provided them a copy of my driver's license even though they had been paid and verified by my bank, they would not deliver my belongings. When belongings were finally delivered, items were missing. They were called and notified immediately, and it took them 2 days for them to deliver our belongings after we were forced to pay them. Nothing was ever done about the oil and tire marks which is still in our driveway.
