1- King *********************** who prepared my income tax returns for a few years failed to file my returns when it was signed and sent back to them resulting in large penalties and interests due to the *** 2- Almost 3 months ago, I asked King *********************** the reason for not receiving my tax refund. I was told that they failed to send the return to the *** which I already signed 3- At that point, I was told that it was too late for them to file the returns electronically, and therefore, they asked me to print the returns and send them to the *** directly 4- After 2 and a half months, I received a letter from the *** requesting penalties and interest for errors made in the returns, that is instead of receiving almost $5,000 in refund 5- I notified King *********************** on January 30, 2024, of the problem but as of today, February 28th, I have yet to receive a reply from them 6- They were fully paid for their servicesInitial Complaint

I spoke with Sandra King in 2022, I paid $100 for her to request all my previous tax filings with *** for the last 15 years. I then retained King ******************** LLC to file offer and compromise for back taxes owed back from **** to current as well as Sandra inform me that my tax returns would be all filed up to date which were for 2021 and 2022. I have several emails and reference to requesting the payment of $1,500 be paid I did pay that on March 23rd 2023, when I spoke with King ********************'s office they informed me that it was tax season and they were very busy and they would get my offering compromise and taxes filed come June 2023. When I contacted them at the end of June there were new people in the office and informed me that they send out a email to all the people that were listed in that office that they were representing that Sandra **** had found out she had cancer and sold the business to her brother it's now priestly Adams and ******** not sure of her last name. I have requested several phone calls I've emailed them several times in reference to my offering compromise as well as my taxes being filed up to date. I received an email that they filed an extension and my taxes we're extended up until October 19th 2023. I've contacted *** and my taxes the man told me had been filed that was in the beginning of October 2023, I contacted King ******************** several more times and every time I call it's the same issue ******** is busy and she will call you back or she's with the client I have never received one phone call back from King ********************. I contacted the *** collections department today November the 6th 2023 and as of today my taxes still have not been filed as of currently, October 19th 2023 has came and went and that extension is no longer good, I was informed by *** today that a lien and or **** will be placed upon me if this is not paid and my taxes resolved by the end of November. I still have not received a call back. I believe this is fraud.Initial Complaint

This business is high unorganized and does not follow through with filing tax returns in a timely manner. There was a missing document from my return and they didnt notify me. This resulted in not getting my refund. Once I discovered that my refund had not been issued by the **** I followed up with the business only to have them point out the missing document. I promptly got the document uploaded to their site. I finally received my refund only to discover that the amount I was due back was incorrect! I will be following up AGAIN. I do not recommend them if you are in need of a trusted partner.Business response
