      We needed a unit removed on our property before we sold our house and the company who had promised to move it backed out at the last minute. Euless Wrecker was our guardian angels who were able to send a truck, get it picked up, and expertly through our security gate without a scratch. Without their expert help and quick turnaround time, we would have lost the unit since it would have been on the property after closing. I can't thank their team enough!!

      An expensive floor **** went missing and the supervisor said he wasnt going to review video and the owner wont call me back. The **************************** who had the vehicle towed wont file a police report. The city manager said I should get a lawyer because its a civil matter and the police chief never responded to my email. Seems like the wrecker service is allowed to break the law and the system is crooked. Same on the city and this company for taking advantage of people who cant afford to *** and hire a lawyer.

      I have checked into this and here is what I found out.  A guy (?) had a flat in the parking lot of AUTO ZONE.  He didn't have a **** so he asked to borrow one from the guys at Auto Zone.  One of them LOANED him his ****.  Auto Zone closed and the car was still there.  ********** called ** to pick up the car.  Our driver placed the **** in the trunk of the car and we impounded the car.  The owner of the came to get his car out and nothing was ever said about a **** or it missing.  We have camera's everywhere and in 69 years we have never been guilty of stealing anything.  It is my understanding that the guy that works for Auto Zone knows the name and number to the guy that borrowed the **** to begin with.  He is definitely the person to go to for his ****.  The Car owner said it wasn't with his car when he picked it up.  We have to turn the keys into the OFFICE when towed and no one has access to them until they come to get the car.

      I'm truly sorry for the worker at Auto Zone for trying to help someone and it turned out this way.  It is written on the Police Pull Slip that our driver put it in the trunk.  Our driver will be glad to take a lie detector test along with the guy that borrowed the **** to begin with.

      Our car was towed by the *********** police to B&B while our son was driving. You see on the officer's ****** that he counts $534 and places it in the console. The $534 is documented on the towing manifest. You can also see on the video the tow truck driver sitting in the car, looking through the console. When I picked the car up, I noticed the missing money as soon as I got home. I immediately called and was told the drivers never get in the car. (Obviously not true from the police video.) I called the Chief of the *********** Police, who reviewed the video and told me to call ****, the owner of B&B. He told me **** is a great guy who would take care of the situation. I emailed **** through their website with no response. I called him directly and he complained that I waited too long but admitted he never gets on the website or checks the contact us email. He then told me he would get with the Chief and have everyone take a lie detector test. I didn't hear from him and reached out to the Chief of police again. He spoke to **** and he wanted me to file a police report with the City of Euless (where B&B is located). I filed the report and have gotten no response. I have called several times to get an update on the investigation with no return call. It's disappointing that a business owner refuses to address the issue but - even worse- that two police departments supported his stealing from a customer.

      **** did returned calls and never heard back from anyone. He talked with the *********** also and told them our employee said he'd be glad to take a Lie Detector Test. We told the Police that and we asked for you and your son or whoever had access to the vehicle to take one as well. We never heard anything back from anyone.

      Over the weekend I called to get my car towed 5.3 miles from my house to Jeep. The guy worked on my car before towing it trying to turn it on (which i did not ask him to do, I dont know what tow people do so i thought he was just trying to get it to hook on his truck) they charged me $300 $80 of which is a service fee because the tow truck company tried to fix my car which I NEVER asked them to do. I asked them to tow it, and he didnt ask me to fix it, or if i wanted that service. When confused on why my tow was so expensive to drive it 5.3 miles I called and ****** answered and said "its my fault because I didn't ask him how much it was" SO RUDE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE, and tow truckers already have a bad rep and this is the perfect example. Honestly you'd have better luck pushing your car then contacting these thieves.

      I have gone back and listened to 3 conversations and pulled our call sheet. Our Price was $243.00 not $300. We took it to ***************, and they gave us a PO for the $243.00. They marked it up, which is very common. If we had been paid that night, it would have been $243.00. Most people don't do that because they either have warranty, insurance or they don't want to be out of pocket. I listened back to the conversation with *****. She is a really nice person and was very calm over the phone. She was asking questions and trying to figure out the situation. She did say at the end, did you ask for a price quote? The conversation ended with, ****** saying, oh, I guess it's my fault, never mind, and hung up. Our driver was not trying to work on her vehicle. He was trying to get it out of a tight parking space at an Apartment Complex. He couldn't get to the back of the car, hook up and go. He was trying to get it out of gear or something to back it out of the parking space and avoid any damages. He was not able to do that, so he had to pull it out at an angle and was very careful not to do any damage. That is the reason for the working time.I have all the recorded lines and our driver's statement if ****** would like to come by and discuss this with us in person. There is a supervisor or owner here Monday thru Friday. Our family started this business in **** and have always tried to do what is right especially when it's handled in an appropriate way. "Tow Truckers" are people too and work very hard for a living, and it's a dangerous job. We don't wish our service on anyone, but we are here 24/7 when needed.

      I was in a car accident on May 12, 2022. My car was first towed by B&B Wrecker Service in Euless ** and then it was towed to **************, ****** **. Somewhere between B&B and IAA some money was taken out of my car. It wasnt a small amount it was around $200 or more. My car was totaled and when I went to collect my belongings from my car that was then at IAA the money disappeared. I called both places and reported the missing money but neither company seemed to care that the money disappeared while in their possession of my vehicle. No company has the right to go through my belongings that were in the car and feel that it is ok to help themselves to whatever they may like. My insurance company with be filing a claim and a complete police investigation will be done.

      On May 26, 2022, I received an email from BBB and immediately checked into it. I looked up the information by name because I had nothing on which vehicle this complaint was referring to. I found that we had towed a 2015 Chevrolet Traverse, Registered owner listed as *******************************. On May 12, 2022 we were called by *********** PD for an accident at 9:11am. It was impounded at our location but then released to ******* ****** with Ameritow for ********************* at 5:16pm that same day. Usually the owners will come and get their personal items before they release it to Insurance and if there is a problem then we can investigate it right then. Once it leaves our location there is nothing we can do because now someone else has had possession of it. We are a Family Owned Business for over 68 years and would not be in business that long with an A+ Rating and have things like this happen. The registered owner could have come to get his or her personal belongings at any time as we are open 24/7. If this were my vehicle and I knew that I had left money in it or anything of value, I would not have allowed the ***************** to pick it up before I could clean it out. We don't know where this vehicle ended up or who all has handled it after us. We do not get into anyone's vehicle except to take it out of gear, get the keys etc...but we certainly don't go through them. Our State Laws prohibit that for Vehicle Storage Facilities and we are governed by ***** ********** of ********* and Registration. I wish I had a better answer for this!
