    9/9/22: I called the salon in Fairview ** to cancel my membership due to scheduling inconsistencies & the revolving door of technicians. Front desk told me that per her manager, she could email me the form, but I would need to bring the signed copy into the salon. 9/10/22: Delivered the signed termination letter to the front desk. Next month, I noticed they were still charging my card for the membership that I had cancelled. Called the salon several times & was always told the manager wasn't there (they would never give me her name). I called another salon in ******** to get it. Finally spoke to the elusive ******** almost 2.5 months later & she said she never received any of my messages. She asked me to forward the original email from the salon so she could see the date/time stamp. After several excuses, she admits I am due a refund & needs to speak with her regional to process it since the store is so small. I had to constantly chase her down for updates because she never calls me back. As of today, they are still charging my card for the membership I cancelled & owe me $600 (if they charge me again tomorrow, they will owe me over $700). I've asked several times for a management contact higher than ************* refused to give me the name. She tried to change her story about the termination letter & at this point, I flat out demanded the name of her superior. She finally gave me the email address of *********************, but wouldn't give me her phone number. I emailed ***** on 2/22 with the situation details along with all evidence she may need to view & as of 2/27, I've not received a call or email from her either. I just want my money back & for them to stop charging my card!!
