      I made an online purchase from Haggar on 05/21/2024 using Apple Pay. My billing and shipping address are the same, and appeared correctly before completing the transaction. When I received my order update via email on 05/22/2024, I noticed that the shipping address was somehow incorrect. I immediately contacted customer service to help correct the issue (case #: *******). I was told to expect a phone call the following morning (05/23/2024). When I didn't receive a phone call I reached out to customer support via chat. The representative told me that there wasn't anything anyone could do to correct the issue. I contacted ***** to see what might be done and they told me that, since the item was shipped with SmartPost, there was nothing they could do to reroute the package and would not be able to hold it at a location. ***** also told me that Haggar should have been able to recall or stop shipment on the package at any time. Haggar had simply refused to do so. So, I haven't received a refund and my item is being shipped to some stranger. I either want what I paid for, or I want my money back.

      Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate the opportunity to address the issue. Our Haggar team has performed an internal review of the issue, and we believe the incorrect address that was used was caused by a technical issue with apple pay. We are committed to resolving this issue for you. Therefore, to rectify the situation our customer service team reshipped a replacement jacket to you at the billing address listed in your original order which is the same address listed in the BBB complaint. You confirmed in both your customer service complaint and ******************** complaint that your billing and shipping address are the same and which are identical. The replacement jacket was delivered to, ********************* at 2016 *************, ************** on or about May 30, 2024.

      Haggar has tried to reach out to you via telephone and email to confirm receipt of replacement with no avail. Despite leaving several messages and emails, we have not received a response from you to confirm receipt of the jacket. Please reach out to Haggar to confirm receipt of the replacement jacket, so we can ensure this issue is resolved.

      Placed an online order for overnight delivery (2 shirts, 2 pants, and a sports coat), expecting that all items would arrive before my trip in 3 days. The shirts and pants arrived next day, but the coat was not expected to deliver till after I had left for my trip. I contacted Haggar for a return on the coat, as I would need to purchase a new one for my trip as this one did not arrive on time. Was told that I will need to cover the shipping label and would be charged a restocking fee for the return and all they could do was refund me the expedited shipping. What a way to over promise and under deliver for a business, requiring the customer to cover expenses for their error!

      I ordered a pair of trousers from haggar online. I was charged for shipping. I was sent the wrong item and requested a prepaid return shipping label and was denied

      I returned an order and have not received a refund. The return shipping label was created by the company and doesn't seem like their chat service or anyone by phone can help. The person I'm on the phone with now has put me on hold for goin on 33 minutes to talk to a supervisor. I already re-ordered my pants with them, I just want refunded for the ones that didn't work. Don't think it should be this complicated. I was also told when I reordered, for re-ordering they would match the 115 price and refund the **** fee that they normally charge for returning. *************

      I purchased 4 men's pants. I returned 3 of them. Shipped back using their label on Aug 15/2023. I am STILL waiting for my refund as of today, Sept 9, 2023. When I called I was told that it could take another 10 days to receive my money back. This is not a company to do business with or to trust. Others need to be warned that ****** does not respond in a timely manner. I will never, and recommend others never, buy from Haggar again. Disreputable company. I want an immediate refund.

The Haggar Performance seafoam dress shirt purchased is designed as a wrinkle resistant product and is tested to ensure that our products deliver the promised wrinkle-resistant performance under normal usage conditions. However, it is important to note that leaving a clothing item, including wrinkle-free products, in the dryer for an extended period, regardless of the products wrinkle-resistant properties can still result in the appearance of wrinkles. We believe this may have been the case in this instance. To achieve best results, we recommend, promptly removing the items from the dryer once the cycle is complete to avoid creases and wrinkles. While we acknowledge that leaving the item in the dryer for an extended period may have been the cause of the wrinkles in this instance, we are committed to resolving this issue for you,Therefore, we will rectify the situation by providing a replacement in this case. Our customer service team has already been in contact with you to follow through with replacing this item and providing a return label for the product.

      On 4/10/2023 I made a purchase with Haggar Clothing Co. The purchase order was ************* and consisted of 4 pants and 2 shirts. Original total was $420 (pre-tax) and a discount code was applied for a savings of $250, bringing the balance to $170 (pre-tax). 3 days later I received several emails where Haggar had cancelled my entire order claiming "We apologize - we were unable to complete your order number ************* at this time. The item(s) you selected are not currently available, so we have canceled your transaction." I reached out to Haggar customer support inquiring as to why product showed available on the site for folks to purchase yet claim everything to be out of stock (it still shows today as available) and why they didn't just email me stating that they were on backorder and would notify me when ready to ship. **************** responded changing their statement and saying all items were available but that my order was cancelled due to "fraud billing" through Paypal, which is an inaccurate statement considering all payment processes through Paypal are preconfigured/saved and I utilize the same exact procedure most places I order from. I again replied asking why not just contact me in that scenario to provide an alternative payment method instead of just blindly cancelling the order.The simple fact that their claims changed and their excuse is invalid highlights that they clearly didn't want to honor the sale price of the items which was deactivated. I'm submitting this claim to highlight a business that doesn't want to honor a sale price and discount code. I'm asking the business to honor the sale and send me the products I purchased.

      Haggar's website advertises 75% off if you use the code 75OFF ( they state up to 75% off) upon completion of an order they reveal only 50% off and the final invoice says "75OFF" and shows only 50% off. I consider that false advertising. A picture showing the pants I was going to order and the resulting bill is attached.

      On 01/31/2023 I placed an order for 3 pairs of dress pants. Received confirmation of order #************* via email on 01/31/2023. I verified the order was placed when logging on to my Haggar account. They charged my bank account $97.36. This included the additional 2 day shipping charge I elected of $19.95. Order was to be received by 02/04/2023. I checked my Haggar account again on 02/06/2023 and contacted their customer service via email. The complaint number was logged as Case # ********. When I checked my online account with ********************** on 02/07/2023 the order has disappeared from my order history. As of 02/07/2023 order has still not been received. I am very disappointed as I have purchased many Haggar products before. With Haggar charging my account, not delivering the purchase, and then removing my order completely from my online account, I have been defrauded nearly $100.00

      According to the tracking number, the package was shipped out on 2/2/23 and delivered on 2/7/23 at 12:05 PM ** Time (1:05 PM CST). Signed for by a ******************** Receptionist/Front Desk.

      This order was placed on 1/31/23 3:22 pm CST. Haggar had added a notice on its website's shipping page for all options, and before this customer made his purchase, that customers should expect shipping delays because of the expected weather in Haggar's area. Haggar also includes the constant disclaimer that 2-day shipping should be placed before 2 PM EST to be shipped out the same day.

      The customer did call in on 2/7 and a refund request for the shipping cost (*****) was submitted at 7:31 AM CST and approved at 11:12 AM CST for the lack of 2-day delivery.

      As for the customer not seeing the order on their account, he created the account after the order was placed. The site currently prompts a customer to create an account after an order is placed but does not pull the order information from the initial order into the account. The order can be found using the Check order status link in the footer and then using the check order option instead of signing into an account and using the order number, order email, and billing zip code. We are currently able to find the order number in our system.

      We hope the customer received his package, and we are sorry for any disappoint he experienced. We had to close our shipping facility last week due to weather.

      Spoke with Haggar.com on 1/27/23. Told them of 2 pairs of pants my son bought that got a hole in the mid- thigh area. Not a pressure point, but where a wrinkle was. I was told they only take returns if the pants still had tags on them, were never worn or washed. Poor material could be the only cause of a hole there. He uses these pants for work where he has no exertion on them. You'd expect knee issues, seams, etc. but not in the middle of the thigh. They don't stand behind their product once they are worn.

      The complainant complained to our company's customer service representative for sales of our products through our website that two pairs of pants purchased by or for her son were damaged or defective. We learned the pants were purchased from a third-party retailer, and not from our company directly, so the customer service representative could not match her purchase to our records. We escalated her complaint to internal resources and agreed to replace the two pairs of pants, which were scheduled to be shipped to the complaint today, February 8, 2023. We hope she finds both pairs of replacement pants meet our stringent quality standards and adequately respond to the customer's needs.
