Where to even begin....This company is a complete joke, and if you are even considering using them, RUN the other direction as fast as you can. My dishwasher leaked in January 2021, which resulted in a considerable restoration project. New floors, which then included new paint, baseboards, and kitchen island. It is now October 2021 and the job is STILL not completed. The project manager assigned to me is completely in over his head, and has had no clue about anything that is required to complete my project. He (and everyone else at RS) has been completely incapable of looking ahead and thinking beyond the day they are working, which has caused tremendous issue. They have left my home with hazards, like exposed electrical work under the sink. When the electrician asked if they were planning to do the work to code, the project manager responded with "**** no". I have exposed electrical work that now presents a fire and/or electrocution danger to my family. Not to mention, the job is still incomplete, NINE months later. Entire homes have been built in less time. No one at this company knows what they are doing, plain and simple. Under no circumstances would I EVER, EVER, EVER recommend this company to anyone else. They have run out of excuses, and have never once even acknowledged that this process has gone off rails. Instead, they had the nerve to try to send me a box of broken cookies to buy my favor. What an insult to my intelligence. I have been more than patient with this company. This company is full of people that either don't know what they are doing, or the shady "used car salesmen" types at the top that continue to try to make excuses for the entire process. I have zero faith that they'll ever be able to finish the project, and especially not to building code. WHAT A JOKE.
